Pros:

Nothing this time.

Cons:

The place is dirty on the outside, gate left wide open until late. The initial room I was given was terrible until I complained. Lights not working.

PERFECT, AWESOME, COMFORTABLE, LOVELY
Pros:

The breakfast was heavy. I loved loved it. Generous portions. The bed was so cormfortable and space sufficient. The room was clean and kept clean throughout my stay. Everything was perfect.

Pros:

I stayed here just one night... excellent hotel... spacious and clean room, including the bathroom... having arrived very early (9 am) they gave me the room straight away, which is not a given and something I really appreciated... excellent breakfast served directly in the room... perfect location for visiting the Melrose Arch district which is a 5 minute walk away

I travel a lot for business, and the apartment was perfect!.
24 hour check in was great with no pressure to check in at a certain time - good for business travel. The unit was VERY clean ... spotless in fact - very comfortable bed, I slept straight through on both nights which is unusual when I travel. TV and aircon worked well without any glitches. The shower pressure was great - one of my pet hates. Very spacious. I will used this property again and happy to recommend to other business traverlers.

Cons:

No breakfast option - had to walk across to Melrose Arch.
No coffee machine and fresh milk - instant only.
