Never going back!
Pros:

There was good security.

Cons:

We booked a twin room and when we arrived it was set up as a king. The receptionist did not believe us when we told her we booked a twin and neither did the manager. It was already late and she was not apologetic at all that they had messed up. It took them 45 minutes to get the manager to decide that housekeeping should be called to reset the beds as twins and a further 50 mins for that to be done.
No apology for the fuck up let alone an offer of anything comped to make up for their mistake. The room was not according to the pictures and had broken counter tops in the bathroom and shitty tiny shower mat that just let the floor of the bathroom flood when you opened the shower door.
The pool was dirt and didnt look like the luxury pool facilities advertised in the pictures.

Excellent place, great value, very handy location (near Melrose Arch area).
Pros:

Huge space at a great value. Very clean. Very comfortable bed and AC.

Cons:

Not a “dislike” but a suggestion: it was wonderful to have a washing machine, but there was no detergent to use with it. Having enough detergent to do a few loads would be a big help. Not a lot of places nearby within walking distance (that we could find) to buy a little bit of laundry detergent.

Great location Great stay
Pros:

Really great location. Nice and quiet apartment with lots of space. We’re able to have guests over to dinner. Lovely dining area and patio.. felt very homely! Would definitely stay again. Staff were helpful and friendly thank you
