Pros:

This hotel is one of the best hotels i have stayed in excellent location. Room was lovely and big. Staff were lovely. Food was amazing and live music topped it off loved this hotel.

Great stay
Pros:

I absolutely love getting a break away to Keys hotel...The beds are Soo comfortable, the staff, the food, the location, everything is perfect...
I highly recommend Keys Hotel without any hesitation...

Our evening meal came out luke warm which was very disappointing as we have stayed there on a number of occasions and we were disappointed at the staff reaction when we brought this to their attention

Pros:

Home from home feeling, relaxed friendly atmosphere, lots of places to sit and relax with a drink or just relax in front of open fires. Food exceptional, extensive choice in buffet breakfast, dinner menu varied with everything we had very good indeed. Staff are all lovely, nothing too much trouble.

Cons:

Nothing really about the hotel. Location is ok, there is a forest river walk nearby. May not suit young family, attractions are a drive away.
