Pros:

Das Hotel liegt traumhaft schön in einem Park oberhalb des Sees und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und haben die Aussicht sehr genossen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück vielseitig und sehr gut. Parken ist direkt am Hotel möglich. Das angeschlossene Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt.
Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise dort, kommen aber gerne wieder.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Leider war das Zimmer nicht im Haupthaus, sondern im Nebengebäude etwas oberhalb des Hotels. Dort stehen wohl noch Renovierungsarbeiten an.

Site superbe et trés bel accueil du personnel de la restauration et des petits déjeuners

le manque d'information précise pour la présence d'animaux , supplément et non transparence dans les échanges téléphoniques
Le prix d'une nuit supplémentaire ( 250 CHF ) alors que nous avions payé les 2 nuits précédentes 375 CHF via booking
Nous avons regretté devoir opter pour une autre destination vu l'écart de tarif.

La chambre 110 était très bien cependant on entendait du bruit , comme un bruit de machine en dessous de la fenêtre donc on ne pouvait pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte.

Es war herrlich!
Pros:

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Für mich ist der Ausblick vom Hotel aus unglaublich schön. Ich komme schon seit vier Jahren hierher und bin jedes mal überglücklich hier zu sein. Das Personal ist super nett, die Lage einzigartig, das Frühstück gut könnte aber auch billiger sein. Das Essen im Restsurant top.
