The reception is open from 7:00 to 21:00 daily from April to October, and from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 17:00 from November to March.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Eine einzige Enttäuschung

Das Frühstück war gut und reichlich

Cons:

Die Lage des Zimmers war sehr enttäuschend. Sie haben nur zwei Zimmer mit Balkon und Seesicht direkt im Hotel. Man landet in einem hinteren Gebäude ca 100m vom Hotel entfernt und die Sicht ist auf ein Gebäude (für Seminare) und danach sieht man den See. Obwohl wir für das Nachtessen im Restaurant reserviert hatten (und bestätigt wurde), mussten wir in der Bar (Bistro) essen, da der Speisesaal für einen Event reserviert war. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt keineswegs.

Le site est magnifique, c'était très bien.
Pros:

Nous avions une vue magnifique sur le lac. Et du restaurant aussi. Très bonne restauration avec quelqu'un d'adorable. Petit déjeuner très bien aussi.

Cons:

Problème à l'accueil parce que l'employé ne retrouvait pas notre réservation. Il a fallu partir et revenir et, à notre retour, il l'a retrouvée.

Great stop off hotel, a real treat,
Pros:

Stunning views from the hotel over Lake Geneva, lovely outdoors dining area, staff very pleasant.Evening meal and breakfast were excellent if a little expensive.

Ein kleines, charmantes Hotel mit toller Aussicht. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles bestens gepasst. Sehr gutes

Kleines, aber gut eingerichtetes Zimmer in guter Lage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Terrasse mit Aussicht

Sehr sauber, sehr schön, tolles Personal und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Lage über dem See ist eon Traum. Das Hotel ist schick und modern und zwanglos. Ich war schon zum 2. Mal dort und habe mich als Alleinreisende super wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein ganz kleiner Wermutstropfen: zusätzlich zum Haupthaus gibt es eine Villa oberhalb des Hotels wo ich diesmal untergebracht war. Wer nicht so gut zu Fuss ist oder kurze Wege schätzt hat es von dort nicht ganz so easy zum Restaurant und zum Park mit Aussicht. Ist aber wirklich eine Kleinigkeit.

Un bilan très positif. Situation exceptionnelle de l'hôtel avec cette vue sur le lac.

Hôtel magnifique avec une situation exceptionnel au-dessus du lac.
Un personnel vraiment très sympathique et professionnel, notamment pour le service petit déjeuner.
Petits déjeuners excellents avec beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

La salle de bain vraiment pas digne du standard exceptionnel de cet hôtel, car très étroite, avec WC dans la SdB et une douche où il est difficile de se tourner !
Une couette trop courte pas à la dimension du lit.
