Cons:

Why upon check in can't accept for Malaysian passport ? I go so many hotel in Malaysia and I know about the policy but if guest don't have IC (Identity Card) can't check in this hotel. But tomorrow afternoon around 1:15PM, I see one of the guest check in can give passport "Malaysian" to check in the room. Please do some different for this standard..
