There is no view from the room. Confined place, not ideal for people to stay on holidays. Not worth
Pros:

Location is good. Room is tidy and clean. Everything is there one need during your short stay.

Cons:

Could have been better to have a shower and toilet attached to the bedroom upstairs. It’s very inconvenient to use toilet at night coming downstairs. This can also a risky arrangement for the person to walk down the stairs in the middle of sleep which can cause accident.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Great location for beach and within metres of shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable, especially the bed and well equipped for self catering.
Didn't use the pool but it looked good. Effort clearly made to ensure a good stay.

Cons:

Asked to report noise after 8pm. Notice said no bookings for parties. But there was clearly a karge group of girls staying who partied loudly from early to late. Didn't let it bother us so didn't report. Our guess is that the reason we were pointedly asked to report at time if disturbance was an indicator that this group was expected to be noisy and disruptive

Pros:

Great spot close to everything. The apartment was clean and good value.

Cons:

The shower had no pressure and the bathroom had no fan. The rooms definitely are not sound proof.

Great stay in Byron.
Pros:

The apartment in Byron Bay was large and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Before we booked we did understand that the outside space would be shared. This is only negative but did not spoil our stay.
