Moroccos gem
Pros:

The staff are amazing ! All es really friendly and helpful. Nothing too much for anybody and you feel like you’re the most important person into the room to them when they’re you serving you and generally being very friendly special shout out to the Bard staff including Ali and crew in the evening and Karim who worked in the day Antura staff in the dining area and kids area/kids club mini disco and pool bar. From start to beginning the reception given was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable they even helped us get a cheeky McDonald’s delivered! Every day the rooms were tidied fresh towels and we even got some of our clothes washed for us after it fantastically dirty experience of going on the quads -which was amazing by the way! The pools clean tidy area it was easy to get a bed and food was available from early in the morning to the evening all around each different area. Some some of the food was a bit different what we’re used to at home but there was something for everybody and everything was fresh. To get to the Hotel from the airport was about half an hour in a private taxi about £15 although you could get the Hotel mini bus which was cheaper but dropped you off on the outskirts of the town. The whole experience was brilliant would definitely recommend and I will hopefully return very soon definitely a hidden gem.

PS you can have pool towels which were a small deposit and I think next time we went we wouldn’t bother taking our own towels. There are very many amenities including a spa which is payable tennis courts, ping-pong et cetera

We didn’t use the kids mini disco as our kids were much older but we enjoyed watching the kids having a great time and every night was a show in the dance along which everybody in the entertainment team got people up and dancing and made everybody feel included

Good but needs improvement.
Pros:

Just got back from a lovely holiday from this hotel. However, there were some aspects that were dissipating.

On arrival to the complex we were advised our room would be ready at half 2 and to come back to reception then. We did this and reception advised us to see a man outside. The guy pointed on a map to where our room was and we basically had to find our way. No bell boy service was offered to us.we had been up since 1am so was very tired then expected to drag our luggage through 45 degrees heat and try to find our room. It was not easy. Personally I have arthritis in both hips and my back. I’m unsure why we were not offered a bell boy because you did see him on occasions. Overall not best first impressions.

There was a fair few issues with our room. None of the plug sockets worked so we’re were having to charge power banks through the USB port from the TV all holiday. Our toilet constantly trickled, the shower head holder was broken so had to shower holding the head and the main issue everyday we had was we were only left with one towel. Everyday I was at reception complaining about this. There was 2 people staying in the room and I don’t think it’s a lot to ask we have 1 towel each. The towels were like washed out ripped rags. For the money I spent on this holiday I’d expected at least basic hospitality. We also couldn’t use our balcony as bushes had grown into the balcony so couldn’t sit out in it.

I always defend all inclusive food because a lot of people complain about it. But I was disappointed with the standard. Hot food was always served cold and was tasteless. Moroccan spice did not exist at this hotel. Pastries ware always dry. I did enjoy the omelettes that were served fresh at breakfast. However eating at this hotel was to fill a hole. No enjoyment with eating there.

Pool area is very nice. They do get a lot of wasps that get attracted to the drinks. Ideally people should chuck their cups away after use but staff should have been coming around more regularly to clean up. This would have prevented them swarming around as much. I ended up being stung because of this. The towels guy and some other staff were nice and attentive of this and gave some assistance.

The animation team were very good. They were great in the evening and can get people up on the dance floor very quickly. They were good during the day with aqua gym & Zumba. When it came to other activities such as darts etc I would have to approach them and ask. When going around with their clip board they seam to only approach French people. It’s not just French that go to the hotel. They need to make a bit more effort to include everyone.

All inclusive drinks at the pool was limited due to limited sprits. But they were nice. A lot nicer than other all inclusive hotels that I’ve been to.

Stayed 1 week
Pros:

My girlfriend and me,we stayed for a week in July.Hotel is about 30 minutes from centre town.Good thing is shuttle bus few times daily. Swimming pool is quite big and well maintained. In a hotel area is lots of trees and is nice and green.Birds singing in the morning. Hotel staff is busy but nice and polite.Food is good but not a big selection and repetitive. We visited during the world cup and it was very entertaining.

old and dated would not return
Pros:

myself and my family stayed at this hotel for one week. The hotel was quite far away from the centre and the airport. The hotel was clean but very dated and i was quite disappointed with the room and facilities. The staff were quite rude until you tipped and then they were very helpful. I found the reception staff really unhelpful. The drinks at the all inclusive bar were poor and the food was dreadful. We spent quite a lot of money on taxis going to the centre as the food was so bad in the hotel we had to eat out every day. The pool area was nice and the entertainment staff were lovely. I wouldn't revisit this hotel. However I loved Marrakech. I would say his hotel is more a low 3 star rather than a 4 star

Loved it!
Pros:

Me and my sister absolutely loved our stay!

The vibes were amazing and all of the staff were incredible, especially Mouss and Olaya! So attentive and such great people, an asset to your company.

I loved the breakfast in the mornings but I felt like lunch and dinner, the food wasn’t great which I think let it down but it didn’t dull our time there.

Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great short trip, first time in morocco
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights and returned early this morning 18th. First impressions are very nice lobby we arrived at 10:30am but the rooms aren’t available until 14:30pm check in was quick and easy usual passport and brief for us and done, so we got our swim wear out changed in the toilet and straight out. The pool area is great, a mild salt water pool which is the only one but big enough with partitions from a big deep one and 2 shallower ones. Plenty of sunbeds and happy that not many were reserved through our trip there really isn’t any need. This did get worse through the day as people left in the hottest part of the day due to the glorious weather!!!!!! But still plenty left.
The entertainment team are great friendly and not pushy for you to participate but it does get quite loud while it’s going on around the pool. At 14:30 we were given room 906 on the ground floor. This was close to the pool and pool bar. The porter wasn’t on hand to show us to our room but that wasn’t an issue at all for us. The rooms are big and spacious, the furniture was dated and rough around the edges. The safe is free and bathroom very big again. The bathroom probably being the worst of the rooms due to the shower leaking onto the wall creating mould spots. The toilet does need updating probably the case with the whole block. Plenty of pressure and heat though in the shower. The balcony was unusable due to the amount of ants that seemed to find something nice out there, not many in the room though despite there being thousands out there. The rooms were made up daily and we requested a larger duvet due a single supplied for a double bed. I’m guessing this is due to them pushing the 2 singles together to make up our bed. The pool area can be quite grubby in the morning with litter left by guests. While the hotel will tidy up it’s our fellow guests to take pride and respect the space!!!!! The food was ok for me plenty of variety some repeated meals but I didn’t go hungry. My wife struggled at times but again we didn’t starve. The beer was bottled San Miguel and I would advise you take more water than is needed due to the small bottles supplied. We didn’t have any cocktails but there was a selection. The spirits again we only had vodka but that was very good.
The gardens and general area are well
with grounds people working all day. The placement of the sprinklers can make it an adventure sometimes to reach your destination tough. The bugs love your drinks and you won’t get away from them however skilful you are. They don’t sting the flying ones but are particularly annoying. (Nothing hotel can do about those) 😬. We didn’t do any trips but a pre booked taxi will cost you about £18 or 200 Durham I think it’s one way into Marrakesh. The on site shop can be hit and miss. Nothings priced and I asked 2 days in a row for the same thing and was given 2 different prices. We didn’t buy anything but a magnet from here. Aircon in the room was great and a godsend when relief from the heat was needed. Other parts of the hotel stay quite stuffy through the day. Entertainment was good there was only 1 bar open on an evening and it closes at 11pm they do get through people quick though.
I would return to this hotel as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. A cheap getaway not a long flight in comparison to flights I’ve done.

Honest advice
Pros:

It really is a mixed review if your looking for a budget cheap and cheerful bit of sun it's not a bad hotel for the price tag but that's really as far as it goes....on arrival they couldn't find our reservation so we had to pay a refundable deposit or sleep on sofas in reception until next day we arrived at 10pm no food on arrival....if your in a ground floor room bring ant repellant there is literally millions all over the hotel grounds.....food mediocare obviously reflected in the price it's not the worst I've had but its also not great...sunbeds filthy not cleaned at all grounds again dirty they don't really go round cleaning up after guests have finished for the day you'll often be greated by full bins covered in ants or cups and rubbish left out from the previous days guests round the sunbeds on the breakfast run rooms basic toilet didn't flush shower well it sprayed out of every part of the hose bath enamel chipping away....grounds run down but not a death trap food you won't die of starvation but you may loose a few pounds it will sustain you throughout the holiday ..cocktails passable choice of 4 only 3 are drinkable...
Staff amazing really friendly will sort any problems out the second you mention it
Price tag bargain cheap and cheerful in the sun...

Over all if your looking for a budget no frills break fir a few days just for abit of sun and a pool with no sunbed wars and find a really cheap deal book it with low expectations if you can stretch your budget find another hotel.....we did 4 nights couldn't do a week here and we come tomorrow marrakech regularly and have stayed in lots of hotels this isn't the worst for food but it's the worst for ants rubbish and general up keep would we return no my advice ditch the all-inclusive in marrakech none of them are great either book a villa or a hotel that does breakfast closer to town and eat local you'll save loads only thing you won't have is alcohol on tap

Recent holiday July 8th to 14th 2026
Pros:

My daughter and myself went for 5 nights for her birthday. The hotel could do with some serious updating. Very disappointing that for an all inclusive that after 23.00 you was unable to get any drink including water or soft drinks without having to pay for it. pool snack bar only open twice a day and that is the same time as the restaurant. You couldn’t get an ice cream out of the restaurant hours unless you paid for one at the shop. The food was very bland and much the same everyday and only ever one choice of ice cream. Inundated with ants but this could be reduced if cleaned down daily. Cleanliness of the room was not the best but manageable for 5 days.
The one thing about this hotel is the entertainment staff were fantastic both day and night they quite clearly love their jobs and they work very hard to ensure all guests are happy and entertained

This place is loud!
Pros:

This place is loud! You have 3 hours a day where you can chill by the pool (between 12 and 3) for the rest of it the animation team are blasting mainly Arabic House / Garage music at you. Want to listen to your own music, have a snooze, read your book? Forget it! T he volume is relentless. You cannot escape it, even in your room if you decide you want an afternoon nap!
The food is ok, the staff are friendly, but do not expect peace and quiet, do not come here to chill!

Not a 4 star hotel refused to stay
Pros:

We arrived at this hotel and it was too early to check in. This wasn't an issue as we were told we could use the facilities. We want to get a drink from the bar. All there was on offer was beer, vodka, gin or whisky. There was some cocktails but these were premixed and very sweet and undrinkable. We decided to have a look at the restaurants.
Snack bar had birds in eating food directly from the trays. The staff made no attempt to stop this. We went into the main restaurant and no food was labelled and didn't look at all appealing. So we just went to get a soft drink. This was flat and syrupy. It was at this point we decided we didn't want to stay here as we have only been here and hour and we're already unhappy and this is before we've seen our rooms.
The loveholiday rep (well how he described himself when trying to promote trips) was not interested and offered no help.
However the hotel manager was amazing and helped he even recommended a different hotel.
My only advise is this is not a 4 star hotel and there is a lot better hotels for a similar price.
The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is their manager id excellent and dealt with the situation extremely well.
