Pros:

Les animations, la piscine, la cuisine et le personnel aux petits soins.

Cons:

Les jus de fruits qui sont très chimiques. Il ya un vrai effort a faire là dessus et c'est dommage car il y a de bons fruits frais au Maroc. dommage de ne pas en profiter.

Assez déçu par le all inclusive , les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel ne sont pas justifiées. Nous étions un groupe de 30 personn
Pros:

Un magnifique point de vue en sortant de la réception pour se diriger vers les chambres. Les différents riads, qui s intègrent bien dans la nature. Cela ne ressemble pas a un complexe hôtelier tout bétonné.

Cons:

Le personnel de certains bars très désagréables !!! Rupture de stock sur les bières à 20h00 pas de solutions!!!. Attendre 22h00 que la discothèque ouvre pour boire une bière payante. Pas de cacahuètes avant 19h00. Plus de cacahuètes après 20h00 !!!

Dans l’ensemble très bon établissement
Pros:

Bel établissement, avec de l’ambiance, repas assez variés dans l’ensemble, personne de chambre très agréable.

Cons:

Le personnel de restauration n’est pas très agréable, pas très souriant, surtout les 2 dames qui s’occupent des préparations chaudes le matin ou le midi qui nous jettent la nourriture dans les assiettes .

Pros:

Espace calme, pas mal de verdure

Cons:

La clime/chauffage de très mauvaise qualité, il faisait très froid dans la chambre même après avoir laisser le chauffage toute la nuit.
La nourriture moyenne, à ce prix de réservations on trouve mieux dans d’autres hôtels aux alentours d’après mon expérience.

Trop loin du centre de la medina de Marrakech et mal desservi par les taxis.
