La bouffe était un peu médiocre ! Il faut peut être changer les jus industriels par des jus naturels
Rating everything 5 star in the context of the price we paid. My first suggestion would be to shop around as there seems to be different offers from different travel agents they vary quite a bit. For what we paid and what we were looking for it was almost brilliant. We are a family of 4 with two girls under 5 at the time. We travelled with 2 other families with kids of similar ages. The kids absolutely loved it. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The cleaning ladies were lovely, always keen to have a chat and say hello to the kids. The animation team were energetic and lively and created a great atmosphere. The pool was great and the food really tasty with lots of options. The kids loved the mocktails and the daily shows / discos. It's a little far from the medinah but with lots of kids in tow we managed go get in 3 times over a week so it depends on your tolerance for making the effort, well worth it to see the souks and the vibrance of it all. The gardens are kept really well. Yeh, there could be a few cracked tiles at the pool here and there and the aircon wasn't working at first but it soon got fixed. If you're looking for a fun, family holiday and aren't expecting the Ritz I couldn't recommend it more highly. My sense is that some of the negative comments are from people who expected something different or looking for a different type of holiday. Do your research and shop around and if it's what we were looking for it will tick a lot of boxes. Best holiday for us so far as a family and we would definitely consider going back for the right price. Thank you to all of the staff for the memories and fun times.
Stayed at Ryads Parc & Spa recently and came away with mixed feelings. There are definitely some positives, but also a number of areas that need attention.
The best parts of the hotel are the grounds and pool area. The pool looks beautiful, especially in the evenings, and throughout the day we regularly saw staff cleaning and maintaining the surrounding areas. The housekeeping team also deserve credit, as they worked hard and were consistently pleasant. The activities team were another positive. They weren’t overly pushy, but they were friendly, approachable and helped create a relaxed atmosphere around the resort.
The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, but they are beginning to show their age. While they don’t initially appear dirty, there are signs of wear and tear throughout, and a closer look reveals maintenance and cleanliness issues that shouldn’t really be present. During our stay we noticed rust around bathroom windows, dirty skylights, stained flooring, cigarette ends left behind from previous guests and several areas that would benefit from a much deeper clean and refurbishment.
Unfortunately, the food was the biggest disappointment. The selection felt very repetitive, with many of the same dishes appearing day after day. More importantly, a lot of the food was extremely dry and often felt overcooked. By the end of the holiday, meal times became something we had to get through rather than something we looked forward to.
The service was also inconsistent. While housekeeping and the activities team were friendly, many of the staff in the main restaurant, pool bar and snack bar appeared unhappy and disengaged. Smiles and friendly interactions were few and far between, and the service often felt quite cold. There were certainly exceptions, but overall it wasn’t the warm Moroccan hospitality we were expecting.
The all-inclusive drinks package is fairly basic, although for the price paid I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect premium brands or an endless list of cocktails. There is enough choice available, just don’t expect anything particularly impressive.
Overall, Ryads Parc & Spa isn’t a terrible hotel, but it isn’t quite living up to its potential either. The resort has a lot going for it: attractive grounds, a lovely pool area, hardworking housekeeping staff and a decent activities team. However, the tired rooms, maintenance issues, repetitive dry food and inconsistent customer service stop it from being the experience it could be.
For me, this is a solid 3-star experience rather than the higher rating the hotel sometimes appears to suggest.
We were pleasantly surprised, this was a cheap trip away for a week. The staff and room were amazing. The food was of a good standard in the restaurant. The grounds and pool are huge. This could easily be a 5 rated with a few minor changes. Yes some of the areas need a little TLC but people need to remember the hotel is in Africa, is a huge complex and is old. You are not going to the Ritz!!! The place was clean and the room was amazing.
Downside, no quiet place by pool during day as activities team have music on. It’s billed as all inclusive but the bar closes at 11pm and then you have to pay. Beach towels require a cash deposit. The wi fi at times in the room was poor.
Overall a great stay, the key question is would I stay again, a resounding YES
Very disappointing. The rooms are clean but need some TLC especially the air-conditioning unit.
The poolside was dirty and not cleaned. We observed dirty plates and glasses left at poolside and not cleaned away all evening or day. This attracted bees which did sting my child.
The food wasn't labelled and was of a poor standard. The restaurant wasn't cleared and we often had to start clearing our own tables and sourcing our own cutlery.
No waiting on service for drinks which is unusual in marrakesh for a 4 star.
Overall we will not return
But the reception staff where wonderful and responsive
Locatie.

Mooie omgeving
personeel moet echt een training krijgen.
This was my 1st Solo holiday and the Marrakesh Ryads Parc & Spa was a great holiday to do this at, the staff were very friendly and always around to help, my room was spacious, needed some updating but had everything I needed, the food hit every spot for me with great choices of breakfast, Lunch & dinners. Lovely choices of drinks with San Miguel lager, house white wine was nice too, cocktails were good and very sweet. Entertainment on night was good and animation team around pool was fun. Pool area was clean and hotel was being updated with paint while.i was there. Was lucky to have beautiful weather between 32-38 degrees. For a 4 star hotel It ticked every box for me. The one thing I liked was the catering manager and chefs constantly looking over food and making sure it was hot and full with clean areas.
Had a lovely stay at the hotel was myself and my two friends. Reception was open 24 hours and very helpful and friendly about checking in/out, about visiting the souks and taxi to the airport.
Entertainment staff were all so nice and entrainment was good both during the day pool side and in the evenings.
Buffet was good a good choice of food for everyone and restaurant staff were lovely.
Always managed to get a sun lounger easy enough. You can hire towels for a small deposit that you get back at the end of your stay.
Decor in the hotel and rooms were lovely very traditional Morri
The rooms were all close by we were 3 of us so included one double bed and two twin beds with a small seating space outside.
Would recommend, very good value for money.
My 23rd time here and coming back another 3 times this year 👍👍👍😎😎😎🌞🌞🌞

The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean, Staff was always super friendly & smiley. However, I would not recommend the shop inside the hotel (unless in an emergency) as the prices was extortionate I tried to make a deal whilst trying to purchase some souvenirs & he was rude and told me to go to the markets. Food was good overall and had a good selection of drinks.
AVOID the shop in the hotel. Lady Extremely rude... we went in to buy a bag for my daughter who was with me at the time . She questioned the high price of the bag as we had spent the day in The Medina markets the day before and saw great bags of very good quality for a way cheaper price. ALSO the bag my daughter was looking to buy in the shop was broken. When we questioned the lady she verbally attacked us and said we were very rude..that her bags were way better quality than the ones you would buy in the market but then said she has 2 stalls in the markets. The whole episode was really upsetting especially when she started questioning a friend of ours who is also with us on our family the trip who is autistic. DISGUSTING and EXTREMELY UPSETTING to say the least. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Personnel serviable
La nourriture est catastrophique
