Many years, no upkeep.
Pros:

Staff was very nice.

Cons:

Pink mold on tub stopper.
Paper peeling above shower spigot.
If it wasn't a flat surface, it didn't get dusted.
All stairs to second floor.
Old cigarette smells.

Not great this time
Pros:

The location from downtown is excellent and within walking distance of everything and the free breakfast is always a plus and was typical free breakfast so that was good. we have stayed here before and did not have any issues at all.

Cons:

We had three rooms. there were stains on sheets and comforters. most appeared to be clean yet one stain appeared not to be clean. crumbs between sheets in one of the beds and a hair on a pillow in another one of the beds. We didn’t bring this to the attention of staff until we checked out because we did not make it back to the room and go to sleep until after midnight and it was too late to really do anything but when I brought this to the attention of the staff, he said oh I’m really sorry about that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Very comfortable lodging with very friendly staff

It was good. Would stay again.
Pros:

Clean and pretty courtyard. Conveniently located for meals and night life if you choose.

Cons:

a
A sliding glass door on the back side would've been good/easy for our pets. we have 4 pets, and the door would slam every time we took them out to potty. Not a big problem but the bed comforters were frayed and I was concerned we would get charged for it.
