Estancia breve pero muy agradable!
Pros:

En general todo estuvo muy bien! La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de los lugares de interes, frente a angelopolis. El desayuno, cumple con lo necesario, las personas que lo atienden son muy atentas y amables! Además nos tocó la emoción futbolera, entonces prepararon para los huespedes un lugar para ver los partidos del mundial, decorado y snacks, todo muy padre!

Cons:

Al llegar nos toco una habitación que olia algo feito, pero nos cambiaron a otra sin problema y al darse cuenta que requeriamos de una habitación para alguien con movilidad limitada, nos cambiaron de nuevo. En todo momento estuvieron muy pendientes. Creo que lo unico que cambiaría es la alfombra, porque talvez por el tiempo, tiene algunas manchas que ya no se quitan y dan mal aspecto y huele un poco mal. Pero en general todo fue bueno!

La ubicación, el desayuno es delicioso y abundante. Siempre ha sido nuestra primera opción en Puebla

Siempre tiene ocupación alta, hay que reservar con tiempo sino ya no puedes cambiar la habitación.

Great hotel for the price, great location, would look to stay there again next time we visit Puebla.
Pros:

- Great staff, extremely friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions.
- Great location by the Angelopolis shopping centre.
- Nice buffet breakfast, great coffee.
- The hotel was exactly what we were looking for, would definitely stay again.

- Some of the decor was a little dated, but minor detail really.
