La verdad me gustó mucho la vista muy hermoso el mejor hotel de Puebla que me he quedado con excelentes vistas y las habitaciones súper amplías, limpias en excelencia y la alberca del hotel súper agradable 10/10...

Cons:

Que nos dejaron 2 toallas, sabiendo que éramos 3 en la familia dentro de la estancia y había burrito para planchar pero no había plancha, el volumen de las televisión era súper bajo y no se alcanzaba a escuchar nada bien.

Hotel muy bueno y cómodo
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, a pocos minutos del centro de Puebla, además de que las instalaciones están limpias, y bien ordenadas. Las vistas son de lo mejor. No hubo ningún problema con la habitación. La piscina estaba a buena temperatura y muy relajante. Contaba con estacionamiento y la atención en el lobby fue muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno fue más pequeño de lo que esperaba para ser un desayuno buffet; solo había chilaquiles, huevo y carne, además de lo común como pan, cereal y fruta. Mientras estaba desayunando, me levanté por más comida y cuando regresa a mi mesa habían recogido todos mis cubiertos, platos, servilletas y hasta se llevaron el café que había preparado, tuve que volver a pedirlos. El internet era muy lento y no pude ver ningún programa en la tele por lo mismo.
