La amabilidad del personal en el check in

Cons:

Había varios cristales rotos o estrellados en el lobby, zona de restaurante y alberca y tomando en cuenta que el hotel esta forrado de cristal y está instalado a partir de los pisos 5 para arriba da una sensación de peligro e inseguridad, además de que se siente que el piso está vibrando todo el tiempo.

Fuimos a la cena de fin de año y los meseros con mal trato y sirviendo muy rápido, casi te lanzaban la comida, muy mal servicio. La recepcionista apática.
El lobby huele a puro cloro de la alberca.

Cons:

La reserva anterior la habitación fue de dos camas y todo estuve excelente, esta ocasión agarre la de una cama la habitación es mucho mas incomoda, no tiene servibar, ni plancha ni secadora, como a las 8 de la noche dos veces quisieron abrir la habitacion

Las camas, siempre que visito Puebla me hospedo en La Quinta by Wyndham y sus camas son deliciosas, también por su amplio y privado estacionamiento, me tranquiliza saber que mi auto está bien 😀

Cons:

El horario límite para el desayuno, éste es hasta las 10: 00 am, sugiero que sea hasta las 11:00 am ya que uno va a eventos sociales en la noche y levantarse temprano es una tortura 😔
