Not good at all
Pros:

The room space is good.

Cons:

The staff is not amicable or kind, for starters, there is not enough staff for the number of reservations, so the person at the reception was desperate and rude when we weren’t accepting to wait for at least one of our rooms (3), even though it had already passed the check in time (5:30 pm), for everything else, the staff was moody and some of them didn’t even wore uniforms. Also, we never got a list of hotel policies where there included a charge for stains in towels, I have my hair dyed in some colors and when I take a bath it tends to run a little, I have stayed in many properties and it’s almost never an issue, an if it is, they state it in advance, especially to be aware of the amount, here it wasn’t the case, they just tool the towel, charged us at the end, and although they expected us to take it with us, it was not our interest to do it, they just needed to state it from the beginning, to be well informed and avoid awkwardness.

Pros:

Excelente servicio por parte de todo el personal. Rapidez en check in y check out. Apoyo total en el manejo de taxis, siempre enfocados en que la estancia fuera excepcional. El servicio del comedor genial, los precios estupendos.

Cons:

Un poco de ruido por las noches, nada grave, pero lo comento para considerarlo. Mi habitación quedaba bajo el restaurant y por las noches, un poco de ruido

Comodidad, amabilidad y vistas espectaculares.
Pros:

Ubicado cerca de un lugar conveniente para mis necesidades de viaje, aunque no se encuentra cerca del centro.
Personal amable, desayuno sencillo, pero sustancioso. Amplia habitacion en noveno piso con vista a los volcanes.

Cons:

Elevador ruidoso. Se escuchan todos los ascensos y descensos.
