Nobu Hotel Marrakech

Very nice hôtel, every thing was perfect , location,rooms, restaurant, sevice👍. I would like to especially thank the breakfast waitress Nassima for her kindness and professionalism. She always welcomed us with a warm smile and made sure everything was perfect. Her positive energy made our mornings even more pleasant. Truly a wonderful person who represents the hotel in the best way.🥰

Great location within walking distance from the Medina. Rooms are extremely spacious and service is fantastic. The rooftop noise can be heard from the rooms, but muffled and when I was there ended by midnight. But be aware if you are a light sleeper.

From the very moment we arrived at Nobu Marrakech, we felt something rare — not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for. What was meant to be a beautiful stay turned into one of the most heartfelt and exceptional hospitality experiences my family has ever had.

Mehdi was nothing short of phenomenal. His attention to detail, warmth, and sincerity made us feel like we were the only guests in the world. The level of care he extended toward our children especially touched my heart deeply. From thoughtful Christmas gifts for the kids to anticipating our needs before we even voiced them, his dedication went far beyond service — it was pure kindness.

The chefs and servers were extraordinary. Every meal felt curated with love and pride. Our Christmas lunch? Absolutely unforgettable. The food was so exquisite we joked that we might pass out — we were completely overwhelmed, in the best way possible. But more than the cuisine (which was world-class), it was the feeling behind it. We were drunk on their love, generosity, and genuine joy in serving us.

One moment that will forever stay with me was when Mehdi, at a moment’s notice, arranged a professional boxing trainer for my son and I. Who does that? That level of commitment and willingness to go above and beyond is simply unmatched.

We’ve always loved Nobu restaurants around the world, but staying in one of their Riads in Marrakech was mind-blowing. The intimacy, the beauty, the tranquility — combined with a team that treats you like family — created magic.

And then Mehdi shared the history of Nobu and Robert De Niro’s involvement… and my heart melted. I grew up absolutely adoring Robert De Niro (my husband and children know this well!), so learning that connection elevated my love for this place to a thousand times more. It felt personal, special, unforgettable.

Nobu Marrakech is not just a hotel. It’s an experience of warmth, excellence, and humanity. They don’t just host you — they hold you.

We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and deep gratitude.

Narjis and Mohamed were truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome with their postcard experience and alcohol service. Their energy was warm, friendly, and professional, and they brought such a personal touch to the whole experience. They took the time to engage with everyone, explain what they were offering, and made sure each guest felt comfortable and taken care of. It was such a nice first impression of the hotel, and honestly set the tone for the rest of our stay. You can tell they both genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with guests. A big thank you to Narjis and Mohamed for going above and beyond. They are a real asset to the hotel.

I also want to give a shout out to the concierge. They helped us with everything from where to eat dinner to where to walk to in the day and where to book reservations for events and activities. They even went to full extent and booked us the activities.

The suite, lobby, public areas and rooftop pool and bar are all just excellent. The hotel is ideally situated in the Hivernage district with views to the Koutoubia and across the red walled old city.

Lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Jamel at concierge made this trip special. He went above and beyond in attention and care towards our needs, we really appreciated it. He helped my husband and I book several activities during and after our check out :) When we return, it will most definitely be because of him!! The hotel is cozy and right in the heart of everything - if you're looking for an upscale, curated and luxury experience. The steam room at the spa was the reason I decided to stay here, so that's a plus! Enjoy!

Fantastic hotel just outside the Medina. Perfect location. Beautifully decorated. Room was amazing, so much space. What sets it apart though is the service. If you plan to come to Marrakech plan to stay at Nobu Hotel - you will not be disappointed

Our experience at Nobu Marrakesh was nothing short of spectacular and delightful. Right from the moment we arrived, we absolutely enjoyed the warm and kind hospitality of the hotel staff right from checkin to checkout. The room service person was one of the nicest we have seen. Coming to the location of the hotel, the hotel’s upkeep, its proximity to old Medina, and the views from the rooftop restaurant you will truly get your money’s worth. Having stayed at multiple riads, and hotels in Marrakesh, I can very easy say Nobu is a true gem and a must-stay for anyone coming to Marrakesh. Period.

Hotel is nice, but our shower was covered in black mold, not what you expect from a luxury hotel! Too much money per night to shower with mold

Only stay at this hotel if you like constant loud thumping music. Staff are nice though service is slow / patchy - but the music is horrendous. Well past midnight impossible to sleep. The afternoons are lovely on the roof top but again, the same music thumping out very loud over and over again.

Jamal is amazing! Also Selma and Redwan! The incredible hospitality that each of them showed and how much work they put into making our stay good was deeply appreciated. Jamal worked tirelessly to ensure we got the most from our stay, organizing balloon trips, guided trips to the Medina, etc. They are the reason why this review is 5 stars.

The hotel was generally good. Loved the location (walking distance to the Medina!) and the rooftop bar at sunset was great. Also loved Nobu (sushi was a nice break from all the tajins!) and the lobby vibe was great.

Our big issue was the nightclub that operated on the rooftop. It was extremely loud. We heard the music loudly despite being on the first floor (thank you Selma!) and it went past midnight. The loud music kept me up even though I wore earplugs to sleep.

Being really honest. it wasn't for the incredible hospitality of Jamal, Selma and Redwan, my review rating would have been a bit lower.

Nassima truly made our breakfast experience at Nobu Marrakech unforgettable. From the moment we arrived each morning, she greeted us with such warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel incredibly welcome. She remembered our preferences and ensured everything was perfect every day. Nassima is a real credit to the Nobu Marrakech team, and her exceptional service added a special touch to our stay.

Our stay at Nobu was nothing short of incredible. The hotel’s central location made exploring effortless, but it was the staff who truly set the tone—they were exceptionally friendly and offered expert local insights. While the terrace bar is definitely the place to be for a vibrant scene, the downstairs Nobu restaurant remains the undisputed highlight of the property. Having toured several other hotels in the neighborhood, we were so glad we chose Nobu; it strikes the perfect balance of style and substance. It’s an excellent choice for families with older children looking for a sophisticated home base.

I checked in with my partner for a three-night stay in a Junior Suite, and overall the experience was memorable and deeply personal.

The Junior Suite itself was beautiful—spacious, thoughtfully designed, and featuring a large patio area that felt reminiscent of a Four Seasons–style room. Guest services and all hotel staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight, not just for the food but for the atmosphere. Every morning, I was moved by the extraordinary music played by Aziz on the oud. His playing was so soulful and beautiful that I genuinely found myself choking up listening to him. Aziz kindly introduced me to the instrument, and when I later asked—half jokingly—if he would accompany me to purchase one, he immediately and enthusiastically agreed.

True to his word, Aziz met me outside the hotel, helped me select the perfect oud, and I brought it back with me to the United States. He even offered to give me lessons via video. That level of generosity—especially giving his personal time and navigating a language barrier—was extraordinary and deeply meaningful.

Equally unforgettable was Nassima, whose breakfast service was unmatched. Each morning she remembered my coffee order and exactly how I like my eggs. Those small but thoughtful details made me feel genuinely cared for.

I am profoundly grateful for Nassima’s kindness and Aziz’s unmatched hospitality. These two individuals truly made my trip. Aziz, in particular, transformed my stay into something lasting by introducing me to an instrument I have fallen in love with because of him. This kind of human connection is what elevates a luxury hotel into an unforgettable experience.
