- The room very small
- location very bad; in the middle of an Indian street is a very dirty and old building and smelly of Indian food all over the place. - Breakfast is the worst story: I paid around 40 Sin dollars for one day breakfast, it was a superise it is meanue based on a low-standard restaurant in the attached building. I will not eat for free from such low standard resturent. Also, it was vegetarian with barata and one drink (not worth the value I paid), The worst thing happened here, that notcied the waiter taking a photo for me without permission. When I asked him, he said he wanted to send this photo to their hotel group to confirm that I took my breakfast.

Staff is rude people they don’t care gest always they are taking not Derectly face doing mobaile game and talk one of the girl is very good she is name Mrs.Jaspreet other everyone is very rude pls don’t book this hotel

I don't like the receptionist one guy not sure his name. I guess a Punjabi guy. Very rude, not friendly at all.. I as customer he should respect me to guide me where the room. He getting angry if I asked questions.. some more when I was blur to find my room he quickly came n shouted at me I told u right u should take life to ground floor n your room number... Really made me to pissed off ..please Improve this ..

Service of this hotel, cleaness, staff behaviour, breakfast, everything is poor

Need to get money changer there is no option about security depoait. I learn about that from now on.

Poca ayuda al momento de dejar un depósito tenía que ser en la moneda del país y no me aceptaron ni euros ni dólares, y cuando marché me tocó volver a cambiar ese dinero en el aeropuerto, porque cuando me devolvieron la fianza ya me estaba yendo del país, qué fácil hubiera sido que me hubieran aceptado los euros o dólares americanos no te ayudan para nada y te dicen que son las políticas del Hotel. El problema no era dejar depósito. El problema era que no te facilitaban la vida y tenías que dejar el dinero en su moneda local.. un turista cuando se marcha del país y te devuelven 100 $ de Singapur es un problema y al cambiarlo para comprar dólares ya estás perdiendo dinero, fatal.

Odori orribili oltre allo sporco , al mattino presto accendono qualcosa tipo aspiratore molto rumoroso. Il letto con materasso ricoperto di finta pelle e le lenzuola scivolano via e lo stesso i cuscini. Stanze piccolissime ( circa 5 metri q.) Doccia senza box che quando la apri schizza ovunque; questo perché le dimensione del bagno sono meno di 1 metro q. Pagato la colazione dove la devi scegliere il giorno prima su un menù dove ti offrono solo 3/4 piatti orientali , mentre i croissant ci sono sul menù ma ti dicono non disponibili ( noi abbiamo scelto ma poi non abbiamo mangiato nulla perchè tutto orribile compreso il caffè). Quando fai il check-in ti chiedono una cauzione in contanti di 100 dollari che poi al mattino mi volevano rubare dandomi indietro solo 50 . Posto che dovrebbe solo chiudere . Sconsiglio vivamente
