- The room very small
- location very bad; in the middle of an Indian street is a very dirty and old building and smelly of Indian food all over the place. - Breakfast is the worst story: I paid around 40 Sin dollars for one day breakfast, it was a superise it is meanue based on a low-standard restaurant in the attached building. I will not eat for free from such low standard resturent. Also, it was vegetarian with barata and one drink (not worth the value I paid), The worst thing happened here, that notcied the waiter taking a photo for me without permission. When I asked him, he said he wanted to send this photo to their hotel group to confirm that I took my breakfast.

Bad and uncomfortable
Overall the hotel was so convenient and I like the room very much.. it was clean and I had a wonderful stay over there for 3 days
I don't like the receptionist one guy not sure his name. I guess a Punjabi guy. Very rude, not friendly at all.. I as customer he should respect me to guide me where the room. He getting angry if I asked questions.. some more when I was blur to find my room he quickly came n shouted at me I told u right u should take life to ground floor n your room number... Really made me to pissed off ..please Improve this ..

Everything was awesome of this place. Reminded me of the Pudu (KL) Sandpiper, however the kid misheard me, and then started arguing me instead of listening. Just need to fix the guys attitude snd understanding issues.
The area is just too good. Feels like I am in India, and Malaysia mixed. Also the manager lady very nice, thanks for sorting things out for us and thanks for making our stay wonderful.
Also the lady staff was very nice, neatly cleaned the room and room care of our requests.

The AC kept leaking which ruined my meeting shoes.

Unknown rumbling sounds coming IDK from where
I want a clean floor not sticky flooring. Slippers not provided since it’s a sticky flooring. Battery for the Remote control switch is not provided, what is this??

I like the place close to traditional market good food at the Indian restourant cross to hotel. Just happy to have new things.
Need to get money changer there is no option about security depoait. I learn about that from now on.
