Restaurant is limited
Away from city center. Ample parking space. Good breakfast. Accomodating staff.

We opt for room service breakfast, we waited for almost 1hr for the food to be deliver and they didn't gave us the coffee the staff told us to be follow but never came back.
The location - a few kilometres (or less) from restaurants.
The property needs refurbishing. The price is a bit too much for the quality of the property as a whole. There are a lot of bugs during night time.

I liked that it was about a 2 to 3-minute drive from the wedding reception venue that we worked in, especially because it was late at night, and travelling too far from the venue was undesirable. I also liked that there was drinking water, with a dispenser outside of the rooms. Only thing was that the gallon container was practically empty, so we asked for a refill the following morning when there was staff around the area.
The room smelled moldy, so I aired the room for a while, and then later asked the attending staff for Lysol which I sprayed myself. Room is dated, and the staff mentioned that it was due for renovation.
Staff are courteous and nice. Breakfast is good. The room is spacious.
It is very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The staff is very nice. The place is quiet and surrounding area has hills and trees. I felt safe and at home. For the low price, it's good value.
There is not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. It's far from the main road, which is good for the peace and quiet, and bad if you don't have a car (although you can ride a tricycle). The hotel is surrounded by nature but not very walkable without sidewalks (nothing the hotel can do about).
Some upgrades would help. Although it's working, the Aircon is old and has weird cotton-like thing in the vent. TV has few channels. Maybe installing a smart TV would be nice.
I like how good the staff was very approachable. The room is clean with toiletries provided.

The staff was truly accommodating of our questions and needs since we were travelling with a handful of minors with us. I liked that they also have upgraded their security by installing key card system and increased cctvs.
You get what you pay for. Simple stay. Like a house with a pool turned into a hotel. One positive point is, it's near the restaurants, and the place is quiet.
