It is a great place to start.
I had to move to another room because we had a problem with a lot of wasps in my room. We couldn’t rest good the first night.

Everything was clean, the area was nice and quiet, the pool was great, and we enjoyed walking around looking at the ponds
The hot water heater wasn’t big enough to fill up the jacuzzi tub downstairs. It would be nice if there was a curtain upstairs in the master between the bedroom and the bathroom because the skylight made it too bright for our kids to take a nap.

Everything was great!!
Staff linked up our 2 reservations, it is quiet and bed is comfortable despite being a twin bed.
Dryer takes a long time to dry. Couldn't figure out the living room tv, seems a remote may have been missing. Could use some updates i.e. the shower head.
staff was great. with the full kitchen would have been great for a stay a little longer.
i was surprised by the $200 incidentals deposit
Location and the quietness
I didn’t like for the price our laundry door was off the hinges and just propped on the dryer, I felt as though no one did an inspection before we arrived 🤷🏽♀️

It wasn’t that clean and the dryer didn’t work for us and we kept reporting how bad the dryer was and that it was putting lint all over our clothes and there was no lint trap and they came out about three times but didn’t it didn’t change the way the dryer was and it ruined some of our stuff by putting all through it
Family oriented facility. Lots to do on site. Outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, playground, ponds to fish, tennis courts, inside game room. Nice, quiet, safe area. They provide 6 pool towels. Washer & dryer in unit. Beach cabana across the street from beach with parking, bathrooms, rentals. They provide shuttle to the beach during the day. Provided daily activities on site. Large units with 3 bathrooms. Kitchen stocked with plates, cups, pots, etc. Has a dishwasher.
Only provide starter supplies. For example, if you need more toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, detergent, etc. you have to purchase on your own. No housekeeping during stay. Parking lot is small for beach cabana, only has 12 parking spots, however we never had a problem finding a spot. The outlets in our unit were outdated and nothing would stay plugged in.

Overall, this was an incredible stay! From the indoor and outdoor pools, the basketball court, and the game room to the actual apartment accommodations... everything was beyond my expectations. They even had a playground and grill, and an outdoor eating space. The beach, shopping, and restaurants were literally 10 minutes away. The attractions and amusement park, and boardwalk were about 20 minutes away, and they allow you to park Golf carts on the property. EXCELLENT experience, we will be back!
