Beautiful hotel. Safe location even when I arrived midnight or later than midnight from work. Room was excellent and bigger than anticipated. A la carte breakfasts were all delicious. Staff are all attentive and proactive. I especially want to commend "DJ" as he was our go-to guy from check-in to checkout. Definitely look for him if you want snappy assistance that goes above and beyond. Overall it was a 5-star experience for less.

We recently stayed at Cocoon Boutique Hotel for a work trip, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making our stay stress-free despite having a very busy schedule. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, it felt warm, comfortable, and truly homey. Since we were traveling for work, having a relaxing and functional space was important, and the hotel provided exactly that.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The concierge team was incredibly proactive and attentive. We had several deliveries arriving throughout our stay, and before we could even request assistance, they had already arranged to have them brought directly to our room.

We would also like to give special thanks to Kurt from the F&B team. He consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and personally ensured that everything we needed was taken care of. We also enjoyed breakfast during our stay. The F&B team was attentive, the chef was especially warm and friendly, which added such a nice vibe to our morning. It’s one of those small touches that makes you feel genuinely welcome and starts the day on a positive note.

As professionals who work closely with ultra-high-net-worth and VIP clients internationally, we have experienced and observed world-class hospitality standards. During our stay, we genuinely felt like VIP guests ourselves. The level of care, anticipation of needs, and personalized service made a demanding work trip much more enjoyable and helped brighten our days while we were focused on serving our own clients.

Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. It is now easy to understand why Cocoon Boutique Hotel is considered one of the best hotels in Quezon City. The team truly embodies the meaning of white-glove service and consistently goes above and beyond for their guests. Kudos to the management for building such an exceptional team and culture of hospitality.

One minor area for improvement would be the work chair in the One-Bedroom Suite. We noticed that the chair was a bit unstable and squeaky but it did not significantly affect stay

All is well organized and the staff are approachable and very good in handling costumers. The service is good and perfect.

This is my first time to stay on this hotel and my experience was so amazing. All the staff are all attentive and accomodating especially Jhasper.

I cannot rave enough about this place. The rooms are absolutely stunning, the service is superb, the price extremely reasonable. The foyer and bedroom decor is tasteful, with wooden floorboards and doors, massive wooden desk, huge cupboards, ridiculously large bed (actually two singles pushed together - and a little too soft for my liking), even a bedroom corridor!

The rooftop pool is a little small, but large enough to have a dip; surrounded by plants, with several showers and bathrooms, and pool towels provided.

The staff cannot do enough here to make your stay comfortable. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The location is safe and convenient, restaurants and stores are nearby. Atmosphere is very nice and cozy. Rooms are clean and quiet. But we just found a mouse lingering in the room and some wood tiles are broken just watch out to that you might get wounded. Value is impressive for the service that’s above and beyond. Noisy on the hallway you can hear people from their rooms. The staff are accommodating and hospitable. Requests from email was done excellently. Complimentary birthday Decorations and Cake also the TV greeting was absolutely amazing. We had a great and unforgettable stay.

Our stay at the hotel for our special night was truly one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, everything was planned so smoothly and perfectly, making our celebration extra special and stress-free.

One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing spa experience inside our room. The spa employees were incredibly kind and professional, setting everything up beautifully for an in-room spa session that made the night even more relaxing and intimate. It was such a unique and luxurious experience that we will never forget.

The romantic room setup exceeded all of my expectations. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you could really feel the effort and care put into making the night magical for us. Huge thanks to our butler Enzo and his team for creating such a beautiful and romantic atmosphere for our date night.

Special appreciation as well to Operations Manager Raymond for making the entire planning process such a breeze. His professionalism and dedication made everything excellent from start to finish. We are also very thankful to Sir John and all of the hotel employees who were incredibly helpful, accommodating, and attentive to everything we needed throughout our stay.

The food was absolutely great, and even the breakfast service the next morning was excellent. Every part of our experience felt luxurious, warm, and unforgettable.

We are truly grateful to the entire team for making our special occasion so perfect. We are already looking forward to coming back and staying at the hotel again soon!

The experience is overall great the only downside is the noise from the walls and the bed is cozy and the thing I really appreciated is the bathtub because of the bubble bath

Rooms are huge. And for the price, it’s such a steal! As someone who’s very sensitive to lights, the room vibe was very comfortable. Plus the fact that all rooms have tubs!!!

We loved our stay at the Cocoon Hotel. The room is clean and well-maintained. My kids loved the big bed and the bath tub. The staff were very warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to DJ for attentively assisting us and being so kind. We shall go back in this hotel again.

Comfy and cozy experience. Very appealing and super satisfied with the stay. Location wise, super accessible. And they offer buffet breakfast. Mababait din ang staff nila. Sulit na sulit ang bayad mo dito For sure babalik ako dito and will recommend cocoon sa family and friends. Thank you!

Overall experience is pleasant. Personnels are helpful and nice. Wifi is weak though. Elevator can be slow on peak times or high traffic hours and it so happened there was also an event during time of our stay
