The ambience was so nice, relaxing. The staff are very accommodating, approachable and always wearing their smiles on their faces. The food was great! Very delicious. One of the very affordable hotels around timog where you’ll definitely comback.

Cleanliness of the hotel, staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Cleanliness: there are obvious signs that its an old establishment but not really impacting to our stay :)
Noise level: dont know where its coming from but there’s a faint noise na parang nag aayos

Can I just say na super accommodating ng mga staff and they also arranged a tower cake since we were celebrating our birthday :) during our breakfast we were also given free cake!! Such an experience!! Thank you to HK Edwin, HK Paul, HK Adrian, FO Christian and FO DJ for arranging everything for us. Twas a lovely stay

We stayed overnight since we are attending a wedding nearby. We loved our stay abd wished we could extend. Staff, rooms and food are 10/10 for me given the price we paid for. Recommended! :)

Atmosphere is cozy and homey, not too crowded and busy.
Room was just right for the family, kids had enough room to play.
There was no restaurant in the hotel itself but the hotel location is conveniently near several restaurants.
Add on if the pool can be heated at night.
There’s a spa service but unfortunately it was fullu booked. Would love to try next time.
Will most likely go back for staycations with the family.

We have stayed at Cocoon Hotel several times, and each visit continues to leave a positive impression. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

The room was clean, thoughtfully prepared, and very inviting, especially the bed setup, which made it easy to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the noticeable improvements compared to our previous visits. The overall atmosphere now feels even more warm and welcoming.

From the smooth check-in to the efficient check-out, everything was handled with ease. We enjoyed a peaceful and restful night with our family, and we will definitely continue coming back.

We were accommodated by Sir DJ, he was very nice and welcoming. The lobby was nice with great smell and green accents reflecting the theme of the hotel. Noise level was high because of the ongoing construction. Rooms was nice and spacious. The value is very good for the room that we are staying only 2,300 for 32 ft. Location was nice. Cleanliness was ok. Check out was accomodating by Sir DJ. Very nice person
