We booked a Deluxe Room for our anniversary and had a great experience overall. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the anniversary decoration prepared in our room—it was a thoughtful touch that made our stay extra special.

We initially wanted to try the spa in the hotel, which is why we decided to book a stay as well, and it turned out to be a great decision. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and we didn’t experience any inconvenience.

The staff were very courteous and consistently greeted us whenever we passed by, which made the stay feel warm and welcoming. We were also given welcome drinks upon arrival, which was a nice bonus.

Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely book again.

Among the three hotels we stayed at in Timog, this is easily our top choice. Highly recommended.

The welcome was warm, check-in was seamless, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. The room may be slightly dated, but it’s cozy, well maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being along a busy road we slept very well every night.

What truly stands out is the staff’s hospitality. Everyone, from the guards house keeping to the team, greets you with genuine warmth. Special thanks to EJ for checking on us daily and going the extra mile.

We will definitely be back.

Service was impeccable. Was upgraded to a studio room and their house keeping department made our 10th anniversary remarkable. Paul, glen, Dj and tracy made our experience memorable.. all in all.. staying in cocoon was the best choice to celebrate our 10th year anniversary… will surely recommend this to our friends and family

A quiet and comfort hotel found in the city. Though it is a bit old, staff are very friendly and helpful. A nice rooftop canteen is a plus.

Exceptional service. I commend Clarence and DJ for being so attentive to our needs. I forgot to bring my lightning cable and Clarence lend me his. DJ yook the the to serve us some drinks while we wait at the lobby. I highly rcommend this hotel.

Superb location — 24 hours Jollibee, McDonald's and convenience store within a minute's walk! Staff were also really friendly and helpful. DJ went above and beyond to provide the best service for us! The room was also clean and comfortable. If I revisit Manila, I'll definitely stay here again.
