Pros:

We booked our stay back in April for a planned visit in September around a specific event. As the months went by, security concerns for the trip increased, and unfortunately, we had to make the decision to cancel. Although we didn’t end up staying, the team here were excellent throughout. From the initial booking to helpful advice on room selection, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. Even when we had to cancel, the process was smooth and handled with understanding, which we really appreciated. We fully intend to make this trip in the future, and when we do, we will most definitely be staying here. As the saying goes, “people buy people,” and the team here made a lasting impression.
