This is what i can call the elegant luxury.
Marvellous building on the Caspian sea and amazing view from the room. Every detail in the room was Made with care. The service is top and the breakfast with the possible highest ratę I can give, for quality, choice and service. The food and beverage manager has brought the finest italian touch to make memorable your breakfast in the morning. Very efficient concierge and desk. Absolutely adviced!!!

Pros:

Extremely fast service. Great customer service overall. Room was clean and the bathroom was amazing. Very responsive and very helpful! Well done and thank you

Cons:

Housekeeping would enter at random times sometimes without even knocking the door. Their objective was to clean however when they knock they should give the person a chance to get to the door. One too many times i was using the washroom and i would hear a knock and by the time i come to open the door they would already be inside cleaning. Another time i was asleep in the afternoon and the door suddenly opened and no one entered! And that freaked me out. Please pay attention to this factor
