Otele gece geldik. Oda çok tozluydu. Lavaboda lekeler, kirler vardı. Resepsiyonu arayıp temizlik talep ettik. Sabah temizlik ekibi gelir diyerek sabaha ertelediler. Çift kişilik yatak olarak karyolaya iki ayrı yatak koymuşlar. Rahat değildi. Yorganın pamuk yorgandı ve alışık olmadığımız için rahat edemedik. Açık büfe kahvaltı olarak belirtilen kahvaltının sıcakları sadece melemen, sosisli yumurta ve patates kızartması idi. Unlu mamülleri olarak da peynirli börek ve kek vardı yalnızca. Tarihi taş bir binada olması ve manzarası güzeldi.

we have dinned out on our stay at this quirky property. First of all we couldn't find it, it is not at the location google maps says. Eventually a market trader took pity on us and phoned the hotel and they came to get us. The cave room was very musty and dark, so we changed to another one. Fabulous views and own terrance. The hotel is very spread out with limited parking but the terraced areas near the rooms are great. Two dinning choices buffet or Turkish restaurant, buffet is best. We were it by a flash flood on our second night with water running down the cave walls. When we eventually got out and got to reception we were moved to another cave, bigger nicer a dry! An eventful stay in a good location for hiking the Ilhara valley, nice helpful staff, some of which speak English, and fabulous views from the hotel terraces.

Ihlara vadisine çok yakın, yer altı şehirleri, kileseler hepsi çok yakın.

Ama taş görmekten yorulduk. Kültür bakanlığı bu konuda herhangi bişe yapmamış. Boş boş taş bakıyorsunuz.
Otel fiyat performans için iyi. Kahvaltısı güzel. Ama su vermiyorlar. Almak isterseniz oda ücretli demekki. Ama akşam yemeği dahil aldığınızda sanki yemekler personele verdikleri yemekmiş gibi geldi. Menü güzel ama size menü sunmuyorlar. Tavuk yemiyorsanız menüde tavuk olabilir.
Yarım pansiyon alıyorsunuz ama akşam yemeğinde içtiğimiz içecekler ücretli. Su dahi ücretli. Oda da buzdolabı çalışmıyor. Soğuk su içesiniz geldi mesela ücretli. Yarım pansiyon almaz iseniz kendi kafesi var. Fiyatları bilmiyorum. Eğer yarım pansiyonsanız zaten size söylemiyorlar cafeyi.

İlgili personelleri var. Gezilecek alanları var kendi otelin. Köymüş zaten, evleri otele çevirmişler.

The staff is really friendly. The breakfast is magnificent, the city with its restaurants is cozy and lovely. The price is unbearable. However, the distance to the tourist destinations is really really long. Furthermore, there’s no daily cleaning and it’s not a place for resting. The terrace and the bar in front of the apartments invites visitors for late nights partying.

İnsanlar belli bir masraf yaparak belki ömründe bir defa geleceği bölge de konaklayacağı yeri seçerken karar vermesine katkıda bulunabilmek için şeffaf bir paylaşım yapacağım. Bir gece ailece 3 ayrı oda da ( taş evler) konakladığımız otelde ambians güzel, 3 kişilik odamızda 4 yatak vardı, yataklar rahat ve temiz görünüyordu. Diğer iki odada çift kişilik birer yatak vardı. Her odada sıcak su sağlamak için ketıl, çay ve kahve paketleri vardı. 3 kişilik odanın banyosunda jakuzi ve saç kurutma makinesi vardı. Diğer iki odada jakuzi yoktu tabiki. Sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe bol çeşit ve lezzetli idi. Alacard restorant var. Personel sıcak kanlı ve ilgili. Otelin konumu 500 M yukarıya çıkarıyor, otel ile iletişim kurulmalı. Odalar soğuk, ısıtma çalışmıyor. Tarih 12 Kasım. Hepimiz üşüdük ve hafiften hasta olduk. Otelin bölgesinde Ihlara vadisi yakın ve çok güzel, derin kuyu da yakın. Ama Ürgüp, Göreme ve Zelve uzak kalıyor. Balonların kalkışını izlemek için lokasyon uzak kalıyor.

classic stone town / monastery vibes with sunsets

while the picture hotels.com showed wasn't what i got , my room was just as lively and had a balcony ...z this place is a stones throw to two underground cities and a 8th century greek orthodox church has amazing sunset views and provide a little bit of paradise in a classic stone town/ monastery
