Really nice place to stay. Very spacious, great view, great location and great costumer service.Its right next to some amazing local food and a Starbucks. Raquel helped make our stay more enjoyable. She answered all our questions and told us about the street food near the hotel.

Will gladly stay at Royal Suites & Tower again.

The room was comfortable. The staff were nice. The building was quiet. Overall it was a good stay, will come back.

The biggest concern was shower: the rain-fall shower head is broken. Other than that, everything was good.

지하철역 바로 앞. 그러나 주변 공사가 밤낮없이 계속되어 시끄러움. 소음 빼고는 다 좋음.

地毯不乾淨

During some conference event, elevator always busy. House keeping stuff go straight enter my room even I told them not to.

所有東西都很好，只是現在附近有工程比較差

So I've stayed at Royal Suites before ... nice rooms ... very clean ... good facility ... was happy to return.

Goodish location near the metro and Yangtze river walk (very enjoyable), all you need really.

On this stay in Wuhan however, there was no hot water in my room half the time over 6 days = 1/2 showers were cold. Cold shower to wake-up to. Cold shower to come home to after a long day of work. Really??!!

So nice room ... very clean ... good facility overall ... OK location ... NO HOT WATER !

The hotel is clean and the workers there are polite and helpful. The room is comfortable and warm. By the way it was too warm at the beginning. The price is not bad. Generally it was a good stay.

I have stayed in two of their properties and they always exceed my expectations.

酒店总体来说非常好，地理位置优越，紧邻轻轨和公交站，出行方便，礼宾部也可以帮忙叫出租车。之所以说每一个方面都差一点点是因为1.房间非常舒适，可是隔音效果太差，门外面的动静，何时有人走过，都听得一清二楚；客房清洁得也很及时，可是总会有某些地方忘记清洁，在那的几天，每天不是忘记淋浴的地方就是忘记垃圾桶...最需要说的是酒店的空调，35度的天酒店需要维修空调...我们在房间里面热得汗流浃背...而且因为酒店是中央空调，会根据外面天气的温度调节到最适合的，所以如果你怕热的话...最好三思！服务也不错，只是遇到问题时解决速度太慢！！很想给5分好评，可是真的是每一样都差一点点..

Everything about this hotel was excellent except the Western food selection was limited and not very tasty. Breakfast food was cold. There were no Western food places near the hotel or in the area. Maybe this is all over Wuhan; not sure. One plus is that the metro train stop was across the street, so it was not too bad to get to other areas of town, if you know where to go.

Trevligt Hotell, när till strandpromenad vid floden och parkområde. En bra och trevlig pool i botten av byggnaden om man vill simma lite. Nära till t-banan.

整体满意！

The hotel is a chinese hotel, wiht confortable room. The desing is quite chinise taste, but the bed and the room it is really very confortable...

It is a very nice hotel, good position, downtown by Yangtze River, all rooms are suites with kitchen, reasonable price, really worthy. Appreciate their staff with fluently English show us many interesting place nearby.
