Pros:

Personnel très aimable et souriant.
J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassée avec une chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Option sans gluten disponible au petit déjeuner

Pros:

Frühstück insgesamt gut und abwechslungsreich, nur das Rührei war zu mehllastig.
Die Lage super, Tram in alle Richtungen auf einige Meter. Ruhige Zimmer.

Cons:

Teppichböden in allen Zimmern, nicht vorteilhaft für Allergiker.
Kühlschrank läuft nicht weiter wenn man aus dem Zimmer geht (Schlüsselkarte).
Sehr hohe Kaution/Tag zusätzlich zum Zimmerpreis !!!!! wird am 1. Tag auf Kreditkarte reserviert (Kartenlimit !!!!!!)

l'hôtel est très confortable et agréable, la piscine tout à fait appréciable et le personnel compétent et aimable
l'hôtel n'est pas complètement en centre ville mais il est quand même accessible à pied
du vrai jus d'oranges au buffet du petit déjeuner serait un vrai plus

Ok für einen Zwischenstopp, aber Preis-/Leistung schlecht
Pros:

Gute Lage, Sauberkeit, freundliche Rezeption

Cons:

Matratzen zu weich, keine Minibar, an der Bar unten zum Apero ein paar mickrige zerbröckelte Grissini, Barkeeper nicht besonders aufmerksam, dafür stolze 12 Euro für zwei Bier. Abendkarte Restaurant sehr minimalistisch, mussten auswärts essen gehen. Von einem Courtyard erwartet man mehr!

Top Location mit allem was man braucht
Pros:

Lage ist sehr zentral und schön mit Blick auf die Lez. Straßenbahn vor der Tür. Direkt am Port Marianne, spannenden mit den modernen Bauten. Super ist die Tiefgarage, hell, modern, separate Hotel-Parkplätze. Wir hatten das Glück ein Upgrade zu bekommen und ein großes Zimmer mit Terrasse. Alles ist modern und ordentlich. Das Zimmer lässt sich mit Vorhang gut verdunkeln. Gut ausgestattet war ist auch der Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Man "heizt" über die Klima, so richtig warm war es nicht im Zimmer, zum Schlafen ist es ja besser, zum Aufenthalten: Dicker Pulli an! Irgendwas ist ja immer.

Très bon séjour dans un hôtel très bien situé, avec un personnel adorable et très compétent
Pros:

Grande gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel, très bon emplacement géographique avec tram au pied de l'hôtel. La restauration est très bonne, les espaces auprès de la cheminée sont superbes. Les chambres sont confortables mais mériteraient un net rafraîchissement. La salle de bains est très petite, une seule vasque, les wc ne sont pas séparés, et les produits de toilette sont sommaires (de grands flacons de savon quelconque).

La petitesse et les prestations de la salle de bains, l'insonorisation de la chambre qui peut être améliorée
