Personale delle stannze ha rubato i nostri costumi da bagno
Pros:

Se non fosse che abbiamo dimenticato due costumi da bagno all'interno dell'armadio, cosa segnalata dopo 24 ore, ma nonostante questo il personale di servizio lo ha rubato, direi tutto bene. Peccato che la concierge non ha voluto farci riavere i nostri costumi da bagno, trovo la questione davvero un pessimo servizio per un hotel che altrimenti sarebbe davvero bello

Good breakfast, good location.

Cons:

It could have been cleaner. The attention to detail is poor. The bathroom drain was clogged from the get go. Horrible big blob of hair was removed meaning it hadn’t been cleared in a long while. Some counter tops were dusty. It definitely could have been cleaner.

Pros:

Très bien mais je trouve dommage d’être obligée de payer le parking et il n’y a aucun accessoires de toilette même dans les hôtels d’un standing inférieur il y a tout ce qu’il faut!!!! Je trouve cela vraiment dommage

Améliorer les détails au niveau de la salle de bain (couleur des joints, peintures qui commencent à devenir jaune, les rideaux de la chambre n'étaient pas totalement clean)

Tophotel, een aanrader!
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel.
Mooi hotel, grote comfortabele kamers.
Goed gelegen. In de nabije omgeving waren een aantal goede restaurants.
We hadden fietsen mee. Die zijn met de glimlach in de gang achter de receptie voor ons in bewaring genomen.
Mooi zwembad. Goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Alles was helemaal in orde.
