Couldn’t have chosen a better located hotel.
Pros:

Very convenient for travels as the place was serviced by 2 main tram stops. And walking distance to good restaurants. Laundromat across the road.

Pros:

Le personnel etait vraiment super et tres a l écoute. Ptit dej excellents pour les deux options possibles

Cons:

J aurai apprécié de pouvoir prendre le petit dejeuner en terrasse ou un verre au bord de la piscine. Pas de sandwich au market le soir

Muy bien para ir con coche, acceso fácil y muy buen parking subterráneo. Muy bien comunicado con el centro, parada tranvía al lado con mucha frecuencia. Habitación amplia y luminosa. Rodeado de restaurantes y comercio.

Cons:

Ducha con poca presión y water antiguo, no acorde con un cuatro estrellas. Lo peor de todo es que te retienen 100 euros por día de estancia, según ellos para posibles extras. Nos parece una política de empresa totalmente inadecuada que retengan un dinero por posibles gastos antes de que sucedan y sin saber si van a suceder. De hecho, en nuestro caso no hubo ningún extra. ¿Qué hay detrás de eso? ¿Desconfianza a los clientes? Nosotros así lo sentimos y desde luego, aunque el hotel no está mal, no volveremos. Te vas del hotel con el dinero bloqueado y confiando que no va a haber ningún problema con la devolución. Lo dicho, en nuestra opinión, estrategia de marketing equivocada.

La situation , la chambre est simple mais propre et fonctionnelle.
Le balcon est un petit plus et l’environnement est calme et des restaurants tout autour de port Marianne .
