Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, das Reinungspersonal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das sehr junge und anscheinenden unerfahrene Personal am Empfang scheint leider wenig professionell. Die Zimmerkarte konnte nicht richtig eingestellt werden und so musste ich zum Zimmer begleitet werden. Die Betten knarren extrem, die Decken und Kissen sind in die Jahre gekommen und ein Wechsel ist zu empfehlen.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Infrastruktur, vom Personal ist nur das Strukturellste zu erwarten .
Pros:

Die Zimmermädchen waren fröhlich, lächelnd und holten mir sogar extra Kaffesahne für den Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Das waren die freundlichsten Menschen im ganzen Hotel.

und die Dame die mich zum Aquafitness motivierte - Kerstin hiess sie glaub ich..

Cons:

Meine Freundin wollte mich mit Prosecco auf dem Zimmer überraschen lassen.
Die Rezeption war sehr kompliziert und machte gar nichts, ausser dass sie ein Abo verkaufen wollte - und das meiner Freundin in der Schweiz
Auf die Frage wie man sich am besten in Hamburg bewegt, und ob es Infomaterial zu S Bahn etc gibt kam eine schnöde Antwort ... fragen Sie Chatgpt oder Google...
Der Spa Mitarbeiter im Garten , sprach mich an, ich dürfe hier nicht im Bikini liegen. Alle anderen Gäste lagen auch in Badehosen und Bikini da... einfach blöd solche Diskussionen... - Ich zog mir einfach den Bademantel über ... das war dann ok - Aber bedeckt ist bedeckt --- ob mit Bikini , Badetuch oder -Mantel.

und das bei der Hitze, wo ihr Bad sowieso völlig überfüllt war an diesem Nachmittag..

Das Wasser im Pool zu warm .


Der Gang zu den Zimmern zu dunkel beleuchtet..

Pros:

The facilities was really good. It was a nice touch that they had combined it with a normal gym, so you could join a lot of classes. The location worked great for us, as it is a nice neighborhood and very easy to go where you wanted.

Cons:

There was a couple of things I did not like. The first thing was that I used the spa a lot, because it was great, but the rules were not being upheld. This is a no textile area, and many people did not follow that rule. People also brought in their phones and Ipads, which I did not like, since I think you should have the privacy if you follow their own rules.

A second thing we disliked was that the cards to the spa and fitness did not work very often, so you had to wait for personal to let you in or out. When you are staying a couple of days and more often than not are waiting on personnel, because their system did not work properly became a bit annoying.

Lastly they boast about have 180 classes every week, and they do. The classes are great! But I find it weird that they boast with their classes, but do not provide you a list with classes and when they happen. When we asked in the reception they could not find the classes schedule on their own website, and asked us to download and app to see and sign up for the classes. We downloaded the app, but they did not have a guest login for people staying at the hotel, but only worked for customers of the gym, so we had to spend quite some time navigating the different websides of Aspiria until we managed to find the schedule.

Für ein stadthotel gut, aber nicht preisgünstig.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns top. Die Zimmern hatten Fenster zum öffnen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer konnte erst nach 15 Uhr bezogen werden.
