Tolle Sportanlage mit Pools und Saunalandschaft. Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Gute Restaurants fußläufig.

Cons:

Personal freundlich, aber z.T überfordert mit den Bedürfnissen der Hotelgäste. Zimmer ruhig, komfortabel aber renovierungsbedürftig. Bett knarzt bei jeder Bewegung.

Leuke wijk, erg leuke stad.

Toegang tot spa.

Cons:

Onvoldoende goed opgeleid personeel. Ik had het idee dat er veel stagiaires waren die erg hun best deden maar door gebrekkige aansturing en onlogische procedures het niet voor elkaar kregen. Incheck was vanaf 15 h maar we hebben meer dan een uur moeten wachten. Op het terras was het rommelig. Stoelen stonden overal en afwas nog op tafels. De serveerster wist niet hoe de tap werkte.
Maar ze waren wel allemaal heel aardig dus het lag niet aan hen persoonlijk

Sauna was zonder kleding, maar dat werd niet gehandhaafd en er was eigenlijk daar helemaal geen personeel Dat is voor beide groepen vervelend

War okay, würde aber selbst nicht noch mal hinfahren, wer mehr Sportangebot ausnutzen kann, ist dort besser aufgehoben

Gute Lage, sehr gute Sportausstattung,

Cons:

wenig Personal, Reinigung naja Schlafanzug lag zusammen, geknuddelt auf dem Nachtschrank, gerade mal das Bett war gemacht
Wollten abends noch was trinken, Getränke aus der Bar waren nicht kalt, dafür hat uns das Personal dann noch Eis geholt, beim Frühstück Service, bemüht, aber nicht zuvorkommend
