Schade, die Lage und Fitness top, Einrichtung und Gastro absoluter Flop.

Highlight ist die Lage und das Fitness Studio. Sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist völlig in die Jahre gekommen, sowohl vom Stil (Leder-Holz-Dunkel, 90er) als auch von der Qualität. Wirklich schlechte Matratze, völlig abgerockt, knarrendes Bett. Müffelnder Teppich. Der Hammer ist die Gastro, um 20:30 gibt es kein Essen mehr. Frühstück naja, ok, aber das können andere Hotels der selben Preisklasse viel besser. Der Frühstücksraum hat auch den Charme einer Jugendherberge. Dringend Renovierung nötig, auch in den Zimmern.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr abgewohnt - Tapete rissig, Sessel mit abgewetzten Polstern - da gehört dringend renoviert! Die Lüftung ging nachts plötzlich laut an und war nicht auszuschalten. Erst der zweite reset brachte ein Ergebnis. Am Anfang wurde uns ein Zimmer zugewiesen was offensichtlich gerade renoviert wird…

Sehr schönes Hotel und guter Lage und mit vielen Angeboten
Pros:

Ich bin mittags angereist und konnte freundlicherweise bereits früher ins Zimmer und den Spa-Bereich nutzen.

Cons:

Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht und mussten an einem Tag früher los als es Frühstück gab. Auf Nachfrage ob wir kurz vorher bereits etwas zum mitnehmen bekommen könnten, wurden wir leider immer wieder woanders hingeschickt zum selbst nachfragen. Da hatte ich einen besseren Service erwartet.

In der Beschreibung bei Bookin des Hotels war leider nicht ersichtlich das nur 2 sehr kühlen Pools mit Badebekleidung zu nutzen waren !!!
Vom Spa Bereich hatten wir also gar nix... hatten uns auf Entspannung im heißen Wasser sehr gefreut und auch dafür bezahlt 🤨

Die Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer war klasse ! Der Wellnessbereich ist überschaubar aber ganz nett.

Cons:

Ein Frühstücksbuffet welches sehr enttäuschend war. Sehr klein, kaum Auswahl, Rührei und Lachs waren schon angetrocknet. Gäste aus dem Fitnessbereich kommen durchgeschwitzt in den Sportklamotten und setzen sich neben einen um ihren Kaffee oder Shake zu trinken. Dasselbe gilt für Wellnessbesucher die im Bademantel und Schlappen dort sitzen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man versteht jedes Wort des Zimmernachbarn.
Preis-Leistung stimmen überhaupt nicht.
Hier zahlt man für den Namen , da dieser ja für sein exklusives Fitnesserlebnis steht. Als Hotelgast ist es jedoch sehr enttäuschend gewesen. Über 1000€ für 4 Nächte gezahlt und dann jeden Tag außerhalb gefrühstückt, obwohl es inklusive war im Hotel.
