Ramada Plaza Weifang

This stay was just one night. It was just ok, but you can expect more from a 4* property. Supposedly clean rooms, however when you look more thoroughly you'd see a lot of dirtiness (air con was plagued with fungus and full of dust, same goes with lamp tops in the rooms and bathroom). The worst experience, however, was the breakfast - not only the food was bad and cold, there was no butter at all, the tea from the machine squirted a dirty brown water instead of tea... The carpet in the breakfast area was dirtier than the sidewalk on the street. Hasn't been vacuumed for a long time. Awful. The staff was helpful in general, despite not knowing English. Generally we were almost alone in the hotel. Definitely could be better.

Had a good stay for one night at this property. Room was relatively clean and comfortable.

아침에 물이 않나와서 세수하려고 생수썼더니 체크아웃 할때 돈 내라고해서 물이 않나와서 그런거 아니냐고 했더니 기다리라고 함. 한 참 전화하길래 픽업나온 사람이 기다리고 있으니 그냥 계산하겠다고 하고 돈내고 옴.

這次旅遊，匆忙中行李遺落在高鐵，酒店經理主動願意協助幫忙，順利的找回行李～好的酒店讓人感到暖暖的溫度～讚

設備が非常に古く、テレビは全然綺麗に映らない！他の町のラマダに比べられるものでは無い❗️

位置適中，人員服務親切，房間也很舒適。
游泳池也不錯。下次有機會再回來。

Air condition was switched off in the whole hotel ....too warm in the room. Otherwise convenient room, good beds, silent, nice views on the City, restaurants nearby. Breakfast was naturally Chinese style with some Western components.

Maybe a nice place for local people but not for Western guests. Rooms not clean, staff speaks hardly english and breakfast is poor and all chinese food. Overall a dated hotel and no value for money compared to other hotels of that price in China.

Nobody could speak a little english. Room smell from smoking even it was a non smoking room

The Ramada was comfortable and clean. The staff was very service oriented. The breakfast buffet was good, but not great.

Not a bad location, semi close to downtown and the train station (about a mile), just not a lot around the hotel itself as far as shopping or restaurants.

My favorite hotel in Weifang.

Hotel is very nice. Decent location to many things in city. Room was good size. Only problem was air conditioning did not get really cool. Typical chinese air conditioning. Shower was very good with nice bath tub. Would stay again.

We had some trouble with the hotel when we arrive because they could' find our booking. But they gracefully give us a room first instead let us waiting in the lobby. They are able to find our booking the next day and also adjusted the room rate based on the type of room they gave to us. When we arrived, it already passed dinner time but they are still able to manage to get us the food we wanted through room service. That's very helpful. Overall it is good hotel with very reasonable charge.

Not a good experience at all.
1. Very erratic and poor wifi. I was told because they have a full occupancy and so wifi is slow. That is strange. Hotels are meant to be occupied!
2. The buffet was very poor. If you did not come early the staff started picking up the food half hour before closing time!
3. In 30 years of business travel this was the hardest mattress I have slept on. Slab of granite

Hotel itself is lovely, good service, clean and modern rooms, glass wall from bathroom to bedroom, very nice. However I didn't manage to get any sleep as there were young people shouting and laughing outside the hotel all night, even on the 28th floor it was very loud! I don't think there are any bars nearby so not sure why all the noise? But I was later told it isn't in a great area! Next time ill ask for a rear facing room ...
