Nice Hotel.
Pros:

Good Hospitality. Very nice food, providing good breakfast buffet with multiple options. Rooms were very spacious, thanks to the house keeping and Laundry. Special Thanks to Anshika,Abhyu, Srinivas and Chanakya from Trident Lounge for their hospitality and assistance

Great stay for a week!
Pros:

I stayed here for 8 days and fully enjoyed my stay on a high floor room overlooking the city. The club room staff (Keshav, Ayush, Abhyu) were super friendly and attentive. Had a great session of Trident experience in the Spa with therapist Binita. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

All in all, a gret experience. Look forward to coming back again.

Perfect Blend of Comfort and Luxury

Had a wonderful stay at Trident. Excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, great food, and attentive staff. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again.

Great stay with perfect staff members but watch out for breakfast buffet

The stay was absolutely perfect. The staff and the management deserve a 10/10 for their hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Every interaction with the team was warm and efficient, making the overall experience very pleasant.

However, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast buffet, which has gone far below the standards one would expect from a Trident property. The quality of the food was extremely underwhelming. Many dishes lacked taste and seemed repetitive, with very limited variety. Some items were not served at the right temperature, and overall the spread felt uninspired and poorly executed. What was particularly disappointing was that the food quality did not reflect the premium experience associated with the Trident brand. For a hotel known for its excellence, the breakfast experience felt average at best and needs significant improvement. Unfortunately, this aspect took away from what would otherwise have been a flawless stay.

Everything’s golden at the Trident
Pros:

Amazing service, clean rooms with all the facilities, used the fitness centre and pool and both of them were well kept. Staff are professional and helpful

Memorable experience
Pros:

Went with family for a break..from the first moment from checkin to checkout everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. The staff and the hospitality was amazing. Taking care of our every need. Special thanks to sneha at the front desk and Tuscany staff for indulging us with our requests and the special pizza making session for our son. Overall it was a great experience and wonderful place to stay.

AMAZING service at Kanak.This Trifent It has overtaken the Taj Deccan as our favorite. From the entrance welcome, help at the lobby, to the warm towel at the end of the yum meal at Kanak- it is perfection., and the Prooerty smells wonderful!!
Our lunch at Kanak was wonderful.,Ibrahim was welcoming. Malay was extraordinary in warmth and professionalism. We will be back to have the delicious food with his exemplary service. Nikita was sweet and prompt at everything.
Looking forward to coming many more times! Thank you, Trident.
