Trident Hyderabad has been my go to place for the last 5 years, I travel a lot for work and I have been to several 5 stars in the city but this one truly cares and so has become my favorite pick. Everything about Trident just makes you feel at home... The room size, room set up, the ambience, the view, the food, the in room service, the laundry everything is simply outstanding. A special mention to the team that makes it truly amazing - starting with a very responsive GM Mr. Gaurav Kumra to Harshit, Dibya who have always handled our room seamlessly, the front desk staff, the amazing restaurant staff (Praveen, Anurag, Akshay, and everyone else), they always accommodate my food requirements, as someone who can only have a very narrow set of food options (thanks to my health while travelling) Trident is very caring and top notch on hospitality. I unreservedly recommend Trident to anyone who wants a place they dont have to think twice while booking and for a seamless comfortable, feel at home stay.
It was always an amazing stay since we came for the 3rd time and staff is very supportive, friendly and draping in a Indian tradition while welcoming us. Also, a receptionist Kundan is a very polite & kind person gifted us the goodie and greet us in a humanly manner while checking out.
