I’ve been to this hotel many times over the years. Service is always impeccable. Multiple restaurants that are excellent. Even the house restaurant that’s serves all three meals is quite good. Staff is well trained, courteous, doesn’t hover but also attentive. My first experience with a new server trainee tonight (Vishakha). She was excellent. The mango dessert she recommended was out of this world!
After my long travels to get here and the swift end to my meal, Jackals were mentioned. 😏
I had a very good experience at this hotel for my business trip. Very good courteous staff and breakfast was awesome. The location of hotel is also close to tech parks which makes commute time manageable.

The Trident Hyderabad is my go-to choice when staying in Hitech City. The property is well-designed and well-maintained. It's truly an oasis in the frentic pace of life in this area. I've stayed here many times over multiple years and it is always clean, quiet, and consistent with excellent service.

I stayed at the Trident Hyderabad for a week for business meetings. The hotel feels like five stars in every way, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful -- I can't say enough about their care for my needs or their attention to every detail.
It's also worth noting that they provide four big bottles of water in the room every day, which meant that I never needed to wonder where I'd find some water that I knew was safe.
On top of that, if you get a room with the park view, you have a beautiful view from your room that gives you the feeling of being at a resort even if you're in business meetings all day.
I absolutely recommend this hotel if you're in Hyderabad, and I will be back the next time I am in town.
