Melvin T was excellent. The drinks at the hotel bar were super tasty and the food was excellent. I never had to ask for a refill, he was on top of it!

Clean , quiet, comfy beds

The rooms are spacious.
The breakfast was great with lots of options.

We stayed here do to an electrical fire that displaced our family , Jaimie the hotel manager , Susan the day Clerk and Darius the Night clerk ,and every maid we had contact with treated us like family . We checked in on Nov 11 2025 and checked out Jan 20th 2026 . We were always treated well ,rooms were clean and stocked , any issues that arose were dealt with
Quickly . We cannot say enough about our home away from home . Thank you

Very clean! New and updated amenities

This is the best hotel in the area bar none. It is near a giant shopping mall, central to lots of places, there are a few restraints nearby, rooms always neat and comfortable, staff excellent and responsive, the hotel has a little but lovely lobby and a sweet outdoor dining and sitting area. It's WV, so it's not luxury, but whenever I come here I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a very nice day for one night at this hotel on our way back from another trip. The staff was friendly. The room was very spacious. We had a one bedroom suite. It would be great for a family or someone traveling for business because there was lots of room. It had a large dining room table and a full kitchen. It had a separate bedroom With its own TV. It was very comfortable. It was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Parking was conveniently located right up front. We would stay there again if we were in the area. The only issue we had was that the toilet in the bathroom needed repaired. It was not a big deal and the staff seemed very attentive when we mentioned it. The hotel and rooms could use a little bit of updating and maintenance, but it wasn't a big deal. Overall, a nice stay.

Great experience with a clean room and overall nice room and clean hotel

I am thoroughly pleased with how brightly lit the hotel corridors were. The rooms are very comfortable with a mini kitchen. The tv is a smart tv. The bathroom is spacious with a nice size shower.

Bed very comfortable and room was quiet. Free laundry usage but need own detergent. Toilet was low to the floor. Shower head was not hand-held. Spacious frig. Good free breakfast. Worker brought more pillows and shower chair and towels. Fancy outdoor grill.

Very nice and accommodating staff, especially the front desk staff and the room cleaners! The hotel is in need of an update, not well maintained, however, clean rooms. Outside area, very worn, and not maintained. I would NEVER, EVER stay again nor recommend to anyone. Many newer, more well-maintained hotels i.e. Hilton Garden, Best Western Plus Bport, Hawthron Suites.

I liked everything

Clean facilities, exercise room, laundry, great breakfast and coffee in lobby available all the time.

Overall it was a good stay, but had a hard time getting the room serviced or trash taken out. Front desk staff is not the nicest and a tad arrogant. The hotel is pretty nice and the breakfast is good, better servicing of rooms would be nice.
