Hotel schön - Personal Katastrophe
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde renoviert, die Zimmern sind modern eingerichtet und mit Klima ausgestattet. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag zur vollsten Zufriedenheit gereinigt, Handtücher für den Pool sind inklusive.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen am Buffet, die Auswahl, der Geschmack und es wird ständig frisch nachgebracht. In einer Woche hat sich das Essen nicht einmal wiederholt.
Zudem sind die Getränke (Softdrinks und Wasser) frei zugänglich.

Ebenso sind die Liegen am Pool und tlw. am Strand frei und auch zur Mittagszeit noch zugänglich. Nicht wie in anderen Hotels, wo bereits um 8Uhr früh die Liegen besetzt sind.

Cons:

Der Service in diesem Hotel lässt absolut zu wünschen übrig, was vor allem am Personal liegt.

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Servicebereich waren durchgehend unfreundlich, genervt und zeigten keinerlei Dienstleistungsmentalität. Zudem wirkte das gesamte Team völlig unorganisiert – Absprachen funktionierten nicht und man fühlte sich als Gast eher wie ein störender Faktor statt wie ein willkommener Kunde.

Ein weiteres negatives Highlight war die Hotelbar: Selbst bei geringem Betrieb dauert die Bedienung dort bis zu 20 Minuten, bis man überhaupt erst bestellen kann. Effizienz und Aufmerksamkeit sucht man hier vergebens.

Wir reisen wirklich viel, aber es ist schade, wenn sich im Urlaub die Stimmung des Personals auf die Urlauber überträgt.

Boravak je bio dobar, a mogao je biti i bolji.
Pros:

Dorucak je bio dobar. S lokacijom hotela sam zadovoljna, ali plaze u blizini hotela mi se uopce nisu svidjele.

Cons:

Misljenja sam da hotelska soba u kojoj sam boravila ne zasluzuje tu cijenu koju sam platila za istu.

Pros:

Svidjelo nam se što je more izuzetno blizu,bazen čist,mnogo sadržaja i igraonica za djecu,ukusni doručak,i odlični kokteli!

Cons:

Nije nam se svidjelo to što je minibar bio slabo rashlađen skoro bih rekao da je piće bilo toplo,i u jutarnje sate je osoblje prebučno dok se čiste druge sobe a gosti još skoro spavaju.

Vrlo.dobar hotel-sve pohvale
Pros:

Uredna, lijepo uređena deluxe soba. Mirna atmosfera u hotelu. Vrlo ugodno i ljubazno osoblje (svi po redu-recepcija, restoran, bar, animatorice, cistacice). Dorucak vrlo.dobar-svega pomalo.

Cons:

Mozda premalo sadrzaja...nema ni muzike na bazenu (samo za vrijeme aerobika).

Mooi gelegen hotel
Pros:

De kamer was heel mooi met balkon Alles op loopafstand .in de buurt de haven met cafés en restaurants

Cons:

Dat de strandbedden van het hotel appart staan tov de betaalde bedden. En er zijn geen parasols bij de gratis bedden.

Hotel und Zimmer Strand Lage usw.

Cons:

Barbereich Pool Service nicht sehr freundlich und motiviert
Barbereich Pool Essen seit heuer ( wir waren auch letztes Jahr hier) extrem teuer für einen einfachen Bürger und extra Pommes
