This is a great value hotel - perfect location, really friendly staff and a nice pub and restaurant downstairs. I came for a solo trip and it felt very welcoming and cosy.
Everything was lovely had the best time every and would like to say thanks to the front desk Toni/Laura who are just the best with all information and manner that was outstanding.

No lounge are for guests. Had to sit at a table which did get a little uncomfortable.

Pigeons roosting under eves were noisy early mornings
Breakfast was nice but not as good as previous visits. Eating area was clean and nice view. Staff were friendly
Was very sunny in eating area and was told the blinds were decoration and when one of the waitresses tried to close the curtain was told to leave it because the curtain pole will come down! Not ideal and a shame that this ruins the experience. There was an elderly lady who was blinded by the sun and had to move herself …..
