We had a wonderful stay at this charming beachfront hotel, ideally located just a few steps from the sand and sea, with beautiful views all around.
The restaurant deserves special praise. Dining with a view of the sea was a real pleasure, and the quality of the evening meals was excellent. Breakfast was also very good, with dishes freshly prepared to order. Although this made the service a little slower, the quality of the food was well worth the wait.
Our room was delightfully furnished, with lots of charm and attention to detail.
Overall, a lovely place with excellent food, a beautiful seaside setting, and a relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The only downside is that the rooms can only be reached via several narrow staircases, which may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. I am not sure how suitable the hotel would be for people with mobility impairments.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Food was good (breakfast and restaurant), portions big. I loved the small bottles of milk in the room instead of those awful little plastic pots. The sweets and cookies were a lovely touch.

Love the location mostly - it overlooks the sea, the sandy beaches are steps away and walking distance to Margate and Broadstairs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s dog friendly with welcoming dog biscuits at reception 🐶

Breakfast good. Room location right next to generator and bins. Know people have to do their jobs. Sunday night. Rubbish being dragged across ground. Then in morning at 7am. Wednesday early hours opposite room glowing orange light and the noise. Had to close all windows.

Was just what was needed for some R&R, the room was beautiful, lovely views and the bed was so comfy didnt want to leave it, lovely options for breakfast. Staff were happy and friendly.
