Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend und hat wirklich sehr hohen Wert auf das Wohlbefinden ihrer Gäste gegeben. Beispielsweise, als bei Ankunft meine Daten aufgenommen wurden, hatte ich Durst gehabt. Anstatt mich auf die Wasserflasche im Zimmer zu vertrösten, wurde mir direkt eine kleine Wasserflasche angebracht während der Wartezeit, während meine Daten erfasst wurden. Zudem waren die Zimmer wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet, und es wurde wirklich einen sehr hohen Wert auf Reinigung gelegt.
Ich kann mich überhaupt nicht beschweren.
Das Frühstück war super und auch die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist auch gut, nebenan gibt es ein Taxistand und Metropol AVM (5min. Gehweg). Allgemein habe ich mich sicher gefühlt. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit das Wellness Angebot in Anspruch zu nehmen.
Der Preis könnte etwas günstiger sein und die Zimmer könnten auch größer sein. Sonst gibt es wenige Punkte wo ich nicht zufrieden war.
