Le camere un po' piccole e i servizi non spiegati benissimo...per esempio la piscina c,' era scritto apertura alle 6 invece a prima molto più tardi e anche la palestra era poco pubblicizzata

Recepção check in atenciosa e prestativa.
1- A recepção do café da manhã precisa ser mais cordial e atenta. A funcionária me barrou na entrada falando que não tinha café da manhã incluída na minha estadia e ponto (como se fosse para ir embora). Acontece que estava incluído, mas também mesmo se não estivesse ela poderia gentilmente oferecer a opção de tomar o café com custo a parte. Outra colaboradora mais orientada chegou e resolveu.
2- Apesar de ser quarto não fumante, a noite vinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro.
