Opuwo Country Hotel

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are separate from the main building, some further than others. The room was spacious and clean with nice decor and style. Beds were very comfortable
Setting is beautiful, with a lovely view of the mountains and sunset. Nice infinity swimming pool.

There were a few things that didn't seem in keeping with the price of the hotel. There was no matress protector or pillow covers. No separate bath and shower toiletries were provided. The portions in the restaurant were very variable, some being quite small, and breakfast could have been more varied with cakes or pastries. WiFi was good but only available in the main building and not the rooms.

Somehow I thought the reviews of the property were not that great, but when we arrived the lodge exceeded our expectations. The main area is beautifully decorated and the individual rooms have sufficient privacy and are well equipped.

Unique accommodation near the tribe villages and not too far from Epupa falls (about 3h by car). Pleasant infinity pool where it’s possible to admire sunset while drinking a fresh drink. Cosy wide room with comfortable bed, coffee maker and fridge. Professional massage service at the SPA.

The view over the mountains and sunset is wonderful. Unfortunately the road to the hotel is difficult

Wonderful. Super friendly staff. The lodge was an oasis from the heat of town. The rooms are clean, well equipped. A great place to rest your bones after the long, hard travel requires to get to Opuwo. Amazing view of the valley to the west

Overall an excellent experience. Great pool with views and good food. Especially liked the tour of the local tribal village.

Fantastic view from the top of the hill. Excellent quality and practically the only one hotel in the area of super comfort.

The place is one of the best, the rooms are clean, nice and quiet. Room service is proper. The pool is just excellent.

Everything was perfect. Room was nice, clean and comfortable, staff was lovely. Best part is the infinity pool with a breathtaking view on the mountains. Minor negative: excursion and food prices were more expensive than in other lodges.
