De locatie was het enigste wat positief was, verder was het verschrikkelijk

Cons:

De kamer was niet als op de foto. Het bed was niet 2 meter zoals beschreven. Er was veel schimmel in het toilet en de douche, ik ben bijna flauwgevallen hierdoor wat natuurlijk extreem gevaarlijk is. De kamer was zeer gehorig, in de beschrijving stond geluidsisolatie maar je kon alles horen van de gang en andere kamers. Er was geen bureau te bekennen zoals op de foto. Geen flatscreen tv aanwezig zoals beschreven. Toen ik vroeg of de andere kamers wel een flatscreen hadden werd er gezegd dat alle kamers dezelfde tv zouden hebben. Ik heb met mijn eigen ogen gezien dat dat niet waar was. Het ontbijt was niet compleet en als ik vraag of er bijvoorbeeld sinaasappelsap aanwezig was zoals de ochtend ervoor werd er gewoon gezegd nee in plaats van uit te leggen waarom of überhaupt moeite gedaan word. Ik ben onterecht beschuldigd van roken in de kamer waardoor er 3000 pesos van mijn creditcard is afgehaald zonder toestemming. Ik heb de manager meegenomen naar mijn kamer om mijn onschuld te bewijzen en hij bevestigde niks te ruiken of zien dat ik in de kamer heb gerookt. Toch heeft zijn baas besloten om geld van mijn creditcard af te halen. De baas wou niet naar het hotel komen om met mij te praten of ook maar te bellen. Ik heb in mijn leven op veel plekken verbleven en in veel verschillende landen maar heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Ik laat normaal gesproken nooit een review achter of klaag over het verblijf maar nu ben ik echt erg boos!

Instalaciones viejas. Hice una reservación de habitación con dos camas y llegué y me dieron una habitación con una sola cama. Me hicieron el cambio pero haciéndolo como un favor, eso no está bien.

Good stay for the price.
Pros:

The location was good and the price I paid was good. I felt very safe and the community was walkable. Breakfast was also good.

Cons:

The room could have been cleaner. The property felt older and in need of touch ups and renovations. My room view was virtually non-existent.

Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda, buena ubicación. Personal amable. Nos pusieron agua y café todos los días.

Cons:

El sobrecama tenía unas ligeras manchas como de moho. La ducha no estaba tan limpia el día que nos dieron la habitación.
