Hotel Actum added to a wonderful experience in visiting Slovenia for the first time.
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a great central location in the old town of Kranj. My room was nice and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Grigor was very helpful giving me names of places to go for dinner. His recommendations were very good! Other members of staff helped me understand the public bus services to Ljubljana and Lake Bled.

Τοποθεσία, μέγεθος δωματίου, εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό.
Το δωμάτιο ηταν στον τρίτο όροφο. Επειδή δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ στο ξενοδοχείο, ο υπάλληλος στην ρεσεψιόν προσφέρθηκε να μεταφέρει την βαλίτσα μου μέχρι το δωμάτιο.

Pros:

The staff was lovely. Rooms are very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is in the old town centre, close to a good pizza place, a bunch of different stores and tourist attractions. It’s also close to the bus stop. There was a lot of options at breakfast and the cook is very accommodating and friendly.

Outstanding!
Pros:

I stayed there to celebrate my birthday and I casually mentioned that in a conversation with one employee from the front desk. On my birthday after I came back from visiting the local region I was surprised and amazed to see a little bottle of sparkling wine and a card wishing me a happy birthday. It really made me smile and I was surprised they took the time and consideration for it.

Besides that the breakfast is really nice and the place is well located.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top und auch das Zimmer war sehr schön, sowie die große Badewanne.

Cons:

Die Minibar enthielt einen sehr komischen Geruch und die Temperatur im Raum ließ sich nicht regeln, es war viel zu heiß, obwohl wir die Temperatur schon nur mehr auf 15° eingestellt hatten.
