Siempre me he hospedado en este hotel, la calidad en la atención del personal es impecable. Solo desearía que tuvieran un poco mayor de atención en mejorar la condición de las instalaciones asi como la limpieza como tal.

Absolutely loved staying here! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the location couldn’t be better—right off the Malecón and walking trails along the Laguna. I enjoyed their garden. It can be a tad noisy with traffic at night because it’s right off the Main Street.

En general bien…solo se presento un tema con la habitación en planta baja ya que las camas muy incomodas y parecía que se iban a romper….solicitamos cambio de habitación y la chica de administración de la mañana con pésima actitud. Si hicieron el cambio a la planta alta pero con pésima atención. No creo regresar y es una lástima porque el hotel en general es agradable 😔😔😔

Habitacion limpia y comoda, personal amable y atento. El desayuno excelente, casero, muy rico
Lo malo: mucho ruido en la noche por turistas que tenian musica muy alta, no permitieron buen descanso :(

Me gustó que se encuentra a unos pasos de la terminal de ADO, pero para las personas que nos gusta utilizar agua caliente para bañarnos, es un problema ya que hay que avisar para que prendan el boiler y si uno se quiere dar un baño muy temprano pues el agua está muy fría y la recepción. Cerrada
