Pros:

Lo staff era molto cortese e gentile, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Inoltre, la struttura era molto pulita, curata e davvero piacevole.

Cons:

La colazione era piuttosto povera, con poca scelta e prodotti di qualità non elevata. Nel complesso non era molto buona e non all’altezza delle aspettative.

Fate attenzione all'interno della camera
Pros:

Un'esperienza per niente gradevole.
Iniziamo con l'arrivo in camera e scoprire che la stanza era infetta dai tarli.
Tempestivamente mi cambiano camera ma ho ricevuto una camera più piccola, un bagno che emanava un odore troppo forte di candeggina (comprendo l'igiene e la sanificazione ma il troppo, toppa), una stanza molto calda al mio ingresso (ho dovuto avviare personalmente l'aria condizionata), senza flaconconi di bagnoschiuma (sono andato nella prima stanza infetta - avevo ancora le chiavi per lo spostamento bagagli - a prenderli), mini bar senza alternative.
La ciliegina sulla torta. Verso la partenza ho chiesto al receptionist (tutti sanno che loro hanno i contatti diretti dei tassisti) un taxi alle 15 (alle 15.21 avevo il treno). Premessa, arrivato in città mi è arrivata notizia che in giro c'è un tassista cinese che è stato denunciato dai carabinieri per un abuso fatto a dei turisti motivo per cui - dopo averlo denunciato anche al comune di competenza - non può esercitare. Chi arriva all'albergo? Il cinese! Dico e penso, è uno scherzo? Dopo attimi di imbarazzo il tassista è dovuto andare via. È possibile che io lo sapessi e il receptionist no? Credo lo sapesse. La fine della storia? Ho chiesto un altro tassista che ovviamente è arrivato tardi. Alla fine ho spostato la partenza di mezz'ora. Storia triste.
Ha un buon potenziale la struttura ma la direge una banda si sconclusionati (salvando la pace di alcune persone che ho incrociato durante il pernottamento).
