Pros:

Breakfast and dinner buffet. Hotel receptionists! In fact all the hotel staff are great!

The room did not have a carpet, and amenities such as a gym, hand soap, and proper shower toiletries were not available. Additionally, the sink was blocked and required fixing during my stay.

Convenient place, clean, breakfast great. Lots of choice and foods delicious 😋🤤.
Had enjoy their massage, totally good service. Professional and fresh after massage especially whole day walking. Recommended.

Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good - with a mix of local food and western options. I also like the location with walkable distance to MRT station, shopping malls, and park.

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and the room has not changed even with new brand. I was however told by a friend that some floors have already been renovated. The room I got was from the past. There were some stains on the wallpaper and the cushion on the desk chair was very worn and sank completely when I sat on it. There was no electricity outlet by the bedside and only one outlet in the room is versatile. It would have been nice if there was an iron and ironing board in the room. I usually like Artotel chain and hope all rooms will be renovated and modernized soon.
