I was late checking in and felt safe in secure parking and entrance
Pros:

It was safely near the hospital. Had everything I needed. Breakfast included was perfect to start my long day.

Cons:

My coffee maker in room did not function. Would be convenient to have pure bottle water in fridge for coffee maker.

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

I paid for my reservation online when I got to the facility.They tried to charge me thirty dollars more and told me.I didn't prepay for my reservation they're said we chose to pay at the facility, and I had three different confirmations, stating that I had already paid. And they wanted to argue, but then ended up giving us our room.Anyways
