Pros:

The beds were very comfy, the breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was huge and had everything we needed for a family of 5. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Pros:

Cleanliness was great. Rooms were comfortable. The breakfast options were the best I have experienced at a hotel. I am so pleased I will be checking out Holiday Inn again for future travel.

I traveled to see my daughter that I haven't seen in 5 yrs and to meet my granddaughter

I did like the breakfast in the morning
Most of the staff was friendly

Cons:

Being over charged and having to wait for the error to be fixed traveling from Ohio to see my daughter and finding that out and being stressed with only to find out I had to wait 7-10 business days to get it back. And the fact that someone got sick and the pool was opened back up and myself and my daughter and a 1 yr old and my 6 yr old went swimming not knowing that and the fumes made us sick and dizzy

Not good at all!

The location for us was the only good thing.

Cons:

Very bad experience with the new check in person. Our door did not work properly. And when the whirlpool was on you couldn't see the steps to get in very dangerous.very small walking area between the end of the beds because of the closet, and desk area. Only one person can get by at a time. Not very roomy at all.
