Das Zimmer war sehr schön.Und die wunderschöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt.Die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Wir haben es sehr ungemütlich empfunden.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsd-Angebot
Pros:

Wir haben ein paar Skitage in Arosa verbracht. Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, Bett bequem, Badezimmer neu.
Wir hatten das Zimmer gegen die Strasse. Da bekommt man schon mit was auf der Strasse los ist. Mit geschlossenem Fenster aber tipptopp.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage perfekt. Wir sind mit den Skiern jeweils zu Fuss zu der Gondel gelaufen. Der Skibus hält aber auch noch direkt vor dem Hotel.
Das Frühstück ist okay. Gipfeli, Brötli, Butter und Konfitüre. Jus, Tee und Kaffee à la discrétion. Für uns hat es völlig gereicht. Die Sicht aus dem Frühstücksraum ist grandios.
Das Auto hatten wir in der Zeit im nahen Parkhaus eingestellt. Zum Ein-und Ausladen konnten wir das Auto vor dem Hotel parkieren.
Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder einmal hier abzusteigen.

Für ein Verlängertes Weekend Perfekt

Die lage ist perfekt/ die Zimmer sind sauber ,Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider keine PP vor dem Haus, Kein Restaurant nur ein Kleines Frühstück 15.- , Ein Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffemaschine im Zimmer wäre top.. Ein kleiner KS wäre auch noch von Vorteil..
Die Duschgleitstange ist zu klein mit meinem 178cm konnte ich nicht in der Dusche stehen, was das Duschen sehr mühsam machte.

Comfortable stay, excellent dining recommendation, though a few basic amenities were missing
Pros:

On a positive note, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated the dinner recommendation for raclette — it was absolutely excellent and a clear 10/10 experience. The room was clean and easy to access, which made our stay comfortable.

Cons:

During our stay at Arosa Cristallo, we were disappointed to find that the room did not have a mini fridge or a kettle. Even in significantly less expensive hotels, it is quite common to have at least hot water available in the room to make tea in the evening, so this was unexpected.

We also chose not to take breakfast, as the price (20 CHF) felt high for what was offered — mainly bread and coffee — and did not seem to provide good value. When we asked if there were additional options, the receptionist made a joke referring to “kasha” (porridge) as a Russian food. As we are not Russian, but from Latvia, this assumption felt inappropriate and uncomfortable. The staff member did apologize afterward, which we appreciated.

Overall, while the issue was addressed, we believe staff should be more mindful when making jokes, especially those that can be perceived as political or based on nationality.
