Lamentable mi estadia. El viaje con mis hijos fue una pesadilla porque el hotel no dio respuesta al problema que tenia la habitacion que me asignaron
El hotel me cobro una tarifa de 2 estrellas y me dio un servicio de menos 10. Adjunto foto del ventilador de juguete q me dieron luego de quejarme. Ese mini ventilador para una pieza de tres personas q da al frente con sol todo el dia. Aparte de no darme respuesta por el ventilador de techo roto de mi pieza no me quisieron cambiar de pieza obligandome a no poder dormir 4 noches. No se alojen aqui no esta a la altura el hotel de poder responder por lo que cobra

The location was good for me. The hotel has a staffed reception which seemed to be 24 hours. All the reception staff I met were pleasant and helpful.
I returned one day during my stay to find my room door left propped open and no towels in the bathroom. An oversight by the cleaning staff for which the receptionist was very apologetic. They blamed the heat-wave weather, but it should not have happened. Air conditioning would have been nice, given the hot weather.
Friendly staff, good location
No aircondition, no minibar
We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We stayed during the severe heat wave in Paris, when temperatures reached around 40°C. Unfortunately, the ceiling fan in our room was not working, leaving us with only a small portable fan that was completely inadequate for the conditions.
When we requested an additional fan, we were simply told that none were available and advised to open the windows, despite the extreme heat outside. What was most frustrating was the lack of effort to find any alternative solution. While the hotel made it clear that there was no air conditioning, they did not appear to make any attempt to help guests cope with the situation or provide additional cooling equipment.
The breakfast was also disappointing. The selection was very limited, consisting mostly of sweet items, with very few savory options available.
Overall, the lack of comfort during an exceptional weather event and the hotel’s unwillingness to offer practical solutions made our stay far less enjoyable than expected. Given the price we paid, the level of service and amenities fell well below expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

Hanno sbagliato a darci la camera e ci hanno fatto soggiornare in 2 in una singola, nonostante le ripetute lamentele e hotel (a loro detta full) abbiamo dormito in 2 in un letto da una piazza e mezza. Bagno fatiscente e puzza di fogna.
