Staff pleasant and competent. Was able to book a second night in an annex despite being full. Bicycle storage is easy. On main but quiet street adjacent to old town, with many dining options.

Adresse à garder en mémoire si nous devons retourner sur Nantes.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, tramway et bus quasi à la porte, offre parking se trouvant à 2mn.
Personnel accueillant, souriant et efficace pour répondre à nos questions et attentes.
Petit-déjeuner parfait.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix!

Cons:

La salle du petit-déjeuner est un peu exiguë.

Très bon accueil, personnel souriant , à l'écoute, disponible, au soin pour les clients.
Chambre Très lumineuse, balcon donnant sur la place, bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner copieu.

Avis mitigé...
Pros:

Le lieu, l'amabilité du personnel, le petit déjeuner copieux

Cons:

Concernant la literie : j'ai trouvé des poils sur les draps (pas très engageant!) et les oreillers très petits.
Concernant la salle de bain : idem poils sur le lavabo et au niveau de la cuvette des toilettes.
Par ailleurs, curieux agencement concernant la douche aucune délimitation par rapport au reste de la salle de bain (idéal pour inonder la dite salle de bain!)

Globalement bien mais papier wc en feuille !
Pros:

Globalement tout est très bien : emplacement, personnel, propreté.

Cons:

Mais le papier wc est en feuille. C’est mesquin foutez nous des rouleaux.

Cons:

J'ai réservé avec Booking. En critère j'avais indiqué Parking, en fait il fallait réserver le parking directement auprès de l'hôtel à l'avance. Seul détail à améliorer au niveau communication.
