very good for the price.
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants, shops, buses and trams, and the Chateaux de les Ducs de B.

Cons:

Tiny pillows and not enough of them.

Pros:

la qualité de l'accueil.

Cons:

un bruit mécanique permanent ! tout d'abord une impression que c'est une machine à laver qui fonctionne la nuit avant de se rendre compte que le bruit vient surement de la pompe à chaleur. Donc une nuit avec ce bruit.
Puis au petit matin des travaux qui se mettent en route !
Pas top pour récupérer !!!!

Clean, quiet and great value for money
Pros:

The room was basic but really clean and quiet and in a great location within easy walking distance of all the main sites. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but fresh and nice.

Tout allait bien, à deux exceptions près : premièrement, les draps n’avaient pas été changés par le personnel de ménage et présentaient des taches visibles ; deuxièmement, le réceptionniste de nuit s’est montré peu professionnel dans ses relations avec nous.

Excelente relación calidad precio
Pros:

La habitación era fiel a las fotos. Estaba super bien, la cama muy cómoda, lo suficientemente espaciosa (no es una suite así que a la altura de las expectativas). Especialmente gana en relación calidad - precio. Además, un detalle que me gustó es que se estaba muy bien de temperatura, de hecho incluso hacía un poco de calor entre la calefacción y las mantas (nada que no se pueda arreglar abriendo un poco la ventana). Lo mejor sin duda es su ubicación y su personal, que es extremadamente amable y no tienen problema en orientarte por la ciudad y recomendarte restaurantes, zonas de ocio, planes, etc

Tutto perfetto, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Bagni nuovi e privati, riscaldamento funzionante. A pochi passi dalle fermate del tram e bus

Cons:

La doccia non possiede una cabina dunque possibilità di bagnare i sanitari. Seduta del water alta.

Accueil chaleureux et disponible. Hôtel très bien placé. C’est propre et bien décoré.
Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. Les locaux chaleureux, dont l’accueil et la salle du petit déjeuner. La literie confortable et les chambres bien décorées. L’hôtel est très bien placé sur une avenue bien desservie par les transports en commun. La cathédrale n’est pas loin, ainsi que les quartiers touristiques. À recommander !
