Pros:

Un super séjour, dans un cadre magnifique, avec piscine chauffée avec vu sur la baie de Funchal, l’appartement avec balcon terrasse, parking sur place.
Tout était parfait, ménage nickel.

Nice Views
Pros:

Beautiful views, nice pool area (heated but cool). Right by bus stop (2.05 euro pp) or about 5euro if you use Bolt. Nice toasties at the snack bar. Spacious very clean apartment. They also will laundry for you 10 euro a bag, which was great.

Cons:

Apartment was pretty tired. Across from a school so noisy, including evenings as it faces the sports field. They also had a loud concert late one night. The house beside us was noisy with music for 3 nights. There is a good coffee shop/bakery about 5 min walk, other than you go to town. We had late night noise 5 of 7 nights sometimes until 1am which we didn’t expect being away from the town.

El apartamento y servicios muy bien, solo cambiaría las mesas y sillas del salón y terraza
Pros:

Estuvimos alojados en un bajo con una terracita que daba al jardín con una higuera y lleno de flores y al fondo veíamos el mar. El entorno era lo mejor. Además la cama era muy grande y comodísima. Las zonas comunes ajardinadas son una preciosidad y la piscina también es muy tranquila y me gustó mucho. Todo fue muy relajado. Además tenía parking para meter el coche de alquiler y menos mal, porque en Funchal es complicado aparcar y con tanta cuesta no está la cosa para aparcar lejos.

Cons:

Solo no nos gustaron tanto la mesa del salón como la de la terraza, ya que eran muy pequeñas e incómodas. A mi marido no le cabían las piernas debajo y no era confortable. Además la televisión era muy pequeña. Es verdad que no lo usamos, pero para eso es mejor no poner nada.

La situation de la résidence est bien avec une belle vue sur la mer, l'appartement est spacieux, l'accueil est correct.
La piscine est grande et agréable.

Cons:

La vaisselle est insuffisante.
L'école qui se trouve à côté est un peu bruyante à certains moments de la journée.

Goede locatie en voorzieningen maar appartementje is gedateerd.
Pros:

Het zwembad en Bar. Helaas ging de Bar om 6 uur al dicht. Niet handig als de gasten einde middag weer terug komen na bijvoorbeeld een wandeling.

Cons:

Ons appartement (wine appartments) zijn gedateerd. Badkamer is oud douche in bad.

Buena relación calidad-precio. La zona de la piscina era ideal y había mucho sitio para aparcar fuera del recinto en caso de que no hubiese sitio dentro.

Cons:

Las habitaciones de la zona de la piscina necesitan un lavado de cara, todo estaba en buen estado pero el mobiliario es bastante viejo.
El horario de recepción me pareció bastante reducido, aunque el hotel no fuese un hotel al uso como los de las grandes cadenas hosteleras.
El bar de la piscina es muy caro y demasiado hecho para turistas. No te podías pedir un pingo, ni una meia de leite, solamente un flat whitte o un capuccino ???

Pros:

Le vaste appartement avec une vue exceptionnelle et de jolis jardins.
La piscine chauffée, très agréable.
La situation, à 20 mns à pied du centre ville de Funchal, je précise en descendant car nous sommes toujours remontés en bus. Arrêt à 1 mn à pied, très pratique.

Pros:

Fijn ruim appartement. Zwembad, tuin, terras en kleine bar zijn heerliijk.
Ligt op 5 min rijden van het centrum. Fijn dat je er kan parkeren. Als je geen auto hebt is de bushalte op 2 min lopen. Vlakbij een bakker en kleine supermarkt voor de hoognodige boodschappen.
