Pros:

Smještajna jedinica je bila uredna i ispunila je naša očekivanja sa svim sadržajem koji je nudila. Pogled je prekrasan iako smo mi bili u prizemlju, pa nismo od živice vidjeli iz naše sobe. Došle smo oko ponoći i domaćica nas je dočekala osobno iako je rekla da će nas ključ čekati u vratima apartmana. Parking je dostupan i u dvorištu i na cesti i ne plaća se.

Pros:

Fantastiskt läge och stora rum. Saknade rullgardin för morgonljuset men det var inget större problem.

Cons:

Ibland lite skrikigt med barn vid poolen och oengagerade föräldrar. Lite mer öppet i caféet hade varit välkommet då påskhelgen är väldigt stängd.

Prima quinta, maar ben je gesteld op luxe: kies een van de duurdere appartementen
Pros:

Prachtige quinta met eigen parkeerterrein op loopafstand naar het centrum van Funchal. Terug een stevige klim, maar goed te doen.

De quinta heeft een heerlijk zwembad met een bar. Helaas bleven we maar twee nachten, anders had we er zelf gebruik van gemaakt.

Cons:

We hadden een van de goedkopere appartementen. Dat van ons was behoorlijk gedateerd. Vooral de badkamer is echt aan vervanging toe. Verwacht verder niet te veel van de inventaris; het is allemaal vrij magertjes ingericht.

Ook hadden we wat last van een installatie onder of naast het zwembad (koeling? Zuivering?). Die maakte 24 uur per dag een laag, zoemend geluid. Je went eraan, maar fijn is het niet.

Prijs-kwaliteit: ruim voldoende.

Pros:

La situation géographique car pratique de se déplacer sur le centre de Funchal un arrêt de bus est à côté de l'établissement.
Très jolie vue mer de la chambre.
Belle piscine extèrieure chauffée .

Cons:

Le bruit de certains résidents présents dans un appartements au-dessus , durant notre séjour .
Peut-être faudrait-il que l'établissement pense à mettre des protections aux pieds des sièges et chaises intérieurs et extérieurs ?

Une vue imprenable sur une île magnifique
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable. Le logement était propre, confortable et contenait tout le nécessaire. La vue depuis le balcon sur le reste de la ville était époustouflante.

Enjoyed a lot, would return for sure.
Pros:

Great location but needs to use a car to get there, swimming pool was great and parking space inside was perfect. Great views overlooking the city. Friendly and helpful staff, and easy to do late checkin/checkout.

Cons:

Apartment 22 needs a renovation, especially bathroom is quite dated, bath was good but water too hot and hard to control the temperature with the old tap it had. Other than that, everything good for the price.

Cons:

Im Apartment viele Feuchteschäden und Schimmelflecken. Man riecht den Schimmel. Besonders gesund ist das nicht...
Bei 2 Regengüssen ist das Wasser im Treppenhaus gestanden.
Im oberen Wohnzimmer konnten wir bei starkem Regen nur mit Handtüchern an der Tür verhindern, dass das Wasser nicht in die Wohnung läuft. Aufgrund der kühlen Temperaturen viel zu kalt. Im Bad keine Heizmöglichkeit auch nicht für Handtücher. Auf Nachfrage haben wir einen kleinen elektrischen Heizkörper bekommen.
In der Übergangszeit bei niedrigeren Temperaturen leider ungemütlich....
Küche nur spärlich ausgestattet.

Comfortabel ruim appartement met zeezicht op een kleinschalig complex van ca 15 appartemeneten. Super onderhouden en zeer schoon. Gelegen in een oude woonwijk. Rustige ligging. Korte afstand oude centrum. Eigen parkeerplaats.
Elke twee dagen schone handdoeken en schoonmaak etc.
Gemeenschappelijk mooi ruim zwembad met zeezicht en een bar voor drinken en eten.
Ideaale vakantie plek op Madeira. Bakker en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand. Wij komen terug!

Pros:

Nice and spacious room with superb view from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful location with good bus connection to the centre (only 5-10 minutes) and a bakery quite close to get fresh rolls for breakfast. Even a pool was available, but we did not use that because of rainy weather.

Cons:

Some of the apartment´s furniture was a bit worn. Noise could be heard from the neighboring apartments (especially thuds on the floor upstairs) - luckily the neighbors were no party-animals so it did not matter that much :).

Excellnt value, great staff, great experience. Especially the help fr Staff with renting a car to keeping our room clean
Pros:

Lovely views! The facility is on the sunnier side of Madeira and the height is perfect for stunning views. The Property is lovely, the landscape and the pool helps to round the experience.

Cons:

Some minor details about maintenance, not much to talk about.
