Hotel non degno di 4 stelle
Pros:

La composizione della struttura suddivisa un stanze orizzontali a formare dei “monolocali indipendenti”.

Cons:

Il trattamento non è stato da albergo a 4 stelle: frigo bar vuoto con una sola bottiglia d’acqua, le dotazioni di sapone intimo monouso e cuffia per doccia dati solo il primo giorno e non rinnovati, wifi non funzionava e telefono completamente fuori uso perchè non c’era campo, ristorante distante dalle stanze. Ombrellone assegnato con la stanza lontanissimo dal mare: con un bimbo che gattona e che non poteva spostarsi dal suo metro quadro di spazio all’ombra e che non poteva raggiungere la battigia in quanto la sabbia scottava.

A good late September stay
Pros:

In spite of some rain and strong winds a very good late September short week stay!
The beach restaurant was really good and we felt no need going into "town".
Even if it was mainly sea food on the menu: They had the best fillet of beef I have EVER eaten!

Perfect stay
Pros:

We stayed here for four nights, room with half-board, and we enjoyed our stay very much. The room was perfectly clean. We used small pool and whirlpool next to it, which as perfect. Bed was big and comfortable. Clean towels and blankets every day. The hotel is in few smaller buildings, only ground floor, scattered in a nice pine forest/park. Sandy beach is few steps away. On the way there you pass their restaurant. Our food was just fine, every day good choice of sea food. Few bikes for rent are available, which was great. And the most positive was the staff, big compliments. Always friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff through the room cleaning ladies to the person looking after the premise and cleaning the pool. We can only recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Perfect Tuscan family beach break.
Pros:

We liked a lot, brilliant location, lovely staff, dedicated beach cabins, fantastic restaurant next to beach with wonderful welcoming staff, the proximity to charming town, proximity to Bolgheri vineyards, proximity to roller coaster theme park, willingness of hotel to organise transfers as needed. This is a perfect family beach holiday - I wondered whether to say nothing so I can go back for the same, but I feel they deserve the recognition.

Annual Summer Vacation
Pros:

A beautiful spot for a restful holiday in the sun, close to old stones, cultural sites and remarkable scenery. Room was perfect and clean. Fresh towels everyday even for the beach. we stayed on half boarding which was fine. For a next time we might only chose bed and breakfast on several days in order to try meals from their menu à la carte.
