Children under 12 years old can use the thermal pool during children's hours, from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.
You can choose the first shift in the morning or the first shift in the afternoon. Check with the hotel the schedule according to season.
Children under 12 years old have a supplement of €50 for breakfast and access to the thermal pool.
If your reservation includes a thermal pool, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.
If not included in the rate, the supplement to access the thermal pools is €38 per adult per day.
For December 24 and 31, the only rates available are the Special Offers that include a gala dinner. For more information about children's menus and supplements, check with the hotel.

El interior del hotel las habitaciones y el personal.
El spa me parece fatal que sea solo piscina de chorros y no incluya junto todo lo demas me parece un abuso que cobren por separado es un abuso y esta fatal. Y no me gusta vayan niños al spa que los vi.
La piscina es demasiado pequeña para lo que vale es solo 4 estrellas porque era un convento y se ve moderno porque por lo demas hasta el desayuno era flojo.

El cesped de la piscina estaba encharcado
Las instalaciones y la atención de todo el personal. Los masajes son de gran calidad y los productos que utilizan también.
Por decir algo quizás la zona de las piscinas interiores se queda un poco pequeña.

Mucho. Todo súper cómodo y limpio. Personal muy amable, en las habitaciones descanso total, amplias, cama muy cómoda, sin un solo ruido de otras habitaciones.
Me di un masaje de relax total, la masajista muy profesional, casi me quedé dormido hasta en tres ocasiones. Salí como flotando.
Cené una noche en el hotel, no fue barato pero lo valía, una tabla enorme de jamón ibérico, pulpo a la brasa y tarta de queso, todo de excelente calidad.
Volveré seguro.
A veces en el spa, por la tarde, era un poco complicado encontrar sitio en alguno de los lugares de masaje, sobre todo llegando el fin de semana.
