Children under 12 years old can use the thermal pool during children's hours, from 09:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.
You can choose the first shift in the morning or the first shift in the afternoon. Check with the hotel the schedule according to season.
Children under 12 years old have a supplement of €50 for breakfast and access to the thermal pool.
If your reservation includes a thermal pool, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.
If not included in the rate, the supplement to access the thermal pools is €38 per adult per day.

El Balneario está ubicado muy bien y el complejo es muy bonito.
Lo q no me gusto es la poca información de los tratamientos a los que accedes con el alojamiento del hotel y la masificación de gente por la tarde en el spa,no podías ni ponerte en los chorros para los tratamientos.Ademas,la cena del restaurante no es como la ponen,eso si cara si,una chuleta de vaca vieja es una chuleta,no un entrecot,para el precio que te pone.
En general todo pero el balneario es una maravilla
Demasiado llena la piscina del balneario creo que con un poquito menos se podría disfrutar más de sus instalaciones había que esperar para utilizar las distintas funciones de la piscina

Las instalaciones, la atención y lo limpio y cuidado que estaba todo.
La hora de entrada a las 15h, es algo tardía.
Todo en general, habitaciones muy cómodas con todo lo necesario, zona wellness y piscina termal en buen estado, el personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Destacar el desayuno, muy variado y sabroso.
Zona de Spa, sobre todo, el área de la piscina que sale al exterior. En el Gastro bar, la profesionalidad y amabilidad de Dani. Deben conservar a esta persona "como oro en paño".
En el desayuno, los platos calientes. Como había que pedirlos al personal, se formó un tapón de gente.
La habitación excelente
La cama, es enorme y dormimos como bebés. Maravilloso lugar!

It is a shame, we booked directly at hotel website, and we choose because this hotel allows pets. On arrival, we travelled by car, the lady on duty immediately screamed that our dog was too big and the hotel won’t accept this. The lady was very rude and disrespectful. Their were no apologies or even a tip for another hotel in the area.
