Wonderful Winter Holidays
Pros:

We were part of a huge group of 40, and the staff were wonderfully accomodating for our needs. The location is great, breakfast was amazing every morning, the food was delicious every night, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa area was a treat. We spent time in the outdoor heated pool, and quite a few rounds of sauna. Overall, it was a great experience!

Perfect
Pros:

The room was spacious and nice. Food was delicios and varied. Staff was very friendly. The ski bus stop is close to the hotel and at a 5 minute drive from Daolasa, where the ski lifts depart.

Amazing!
Pros:

We enjoyed every second of our stay at the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and please. All of them, from the Spa staff, to the restaurant, cleaning and reception. Good delicious, rooms comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Ski holiday in lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel - good position for skiers (skibus station in front of hotel), fine dinning (excellent meals, gourmet quality) and very good spa. Rooms are very well heated!

מתחם הבריכות , האיזור .

Cons:

צוות לא נחמד , ארוחת בוקר אחת הגרועות אפילו ירקות לא היה שם , חדרים קטנים למשפחות , אין תמורה בכלל למחיר ( יקר רצח על כלום ושום דבר ) ריח רע במסדרון . משלמים על כל פיפס קטן .

Perfect location for a weekend
Pros:

Great for kids, nice pool, good pool and staff.

Cons:

Our room had a low ceiling in some places, since it was in the attic, with the roof beams sloping down. I even banged my head on the ceiling while getting out of the shower.
