City Hotel

The address is not specific enough to enter in a GPS, but the hotel is easy enough to find.
This place is quite dated, and the view on the town side is horrible : I asked to change room, but was told that on the other side there is "noisy" (not "noise") and therefore it's not recommended.
Breakfast is nothing to call home about. Would not stay there again.
The staff is incompetent, don't ask for any kind of directions, they're incapable of providing those.

My booking had been cancelled but they were able to re book me with my original price. There were people smoking in the elevator and at breakfast. The room was very nice and big and it had a balcony which was nice. The worse part was the shower there was no water pressure and the nozzle of the shower head was orange with heavy water build up. As I was finishing washing my hair I look down notice the water had turned rusty orange. Yuck! When I was drying my hair the tiny white towel got orange stains all on it. Otherwise it was good but that was just horrid. Lucky I did not have blond hair.

Good fit for budget traveller's to UAE, especially ra's al khaimah business visitors for short stays.

Other reviewers have given this hotel a hard time and nearly put me off staying here, however, I found the hotel to be excellent. Ample free parking, good internet connectivity and free, good breakfast selection, clean and courteous staff.
There are no problems here for the business traveller.

It was in a good location in the center of town. Nothing too fancy, but adequate for all I needed. Breakfast wasn't anything too special, but not bad, especially for the price.

Reasonable stay. Comfortable room and good choice of food for breakfast. Stayed on 6th floor but could hear music from bar until very late at night.

Its a 3 star hotel that is much better than the 4 star i stayed at the following day ( my mistake). Free parking and free wi fi was essential for my stay and this hotel had both. Nice spacious and clean rooms. Clean roomy bathroom with walk in shower. Was on the 6th floor. I assume other floors would be the same. Good breakfast. Good staff at reception, especially Mona. Will definitely like to visit there again.

It was our second stay to this hotel. Hotel location, service and facilities are good. We booked hotel room through hotels.com. while booking, hotels.com conveyed about free breakfast but hotel refused to provide free breakfast. we had to communicate with hotels.com on this issue. they provided free breakfast in last 3 days. we were not provided free breakfast for first 2 days and we had to pay extra money for no reason
