Important information:

Please note, that children under 12 years old can use the thermal pool during children's hours. Check with the hotel the schedule according to season.

Children under 12 years old have a supplement of €50 for breakfast and access to the thermal pool.

If your reservation includes a thermal pool or restaurant services, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.

If not included in the rate, the supplement to access the thermal pools is €38 per adult per day.

Drinks are NOT included in the half board rate.

For December 24 and 31, the only rates available are the Special Offers that include a gala dinner. For more information on children's menus and supplements, please check with the hotel. Drinks are included in the half board rate.

Children will be able to access the thermal pool as long as they are included in the rate from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Pros:

Lo mejor ha sido el desayuno, de muy buena calidad y las instalaciones del hotel excepto la piscina exterior y la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación tenía el desagüe del lavabo atascado, poca luz y si abrías la ventana se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los coches pues está al lado de la carretera principal.

Onverwachts heerlijk!
Pros:

Een prachtige locatie op de rand van het middeleeuwse Burgo de Osma. Service staat hoog in het vaandel, een heerlijk ontbijt en lekker zwembad. Het extra restaurant 2km verderop in de tuin (je wordt gehaald en gebracht) is een aanrader!

Tres días estupendos.
Pros:

-El patio tan impresionante del silo XVI.
-El Spa.
-La cena en la Huerta con vistas al Castillo. El director del Hotel, Carlos y demás compañeros, súper amables. La cena a la brasa.
-La piscina es pequeña, pero súper bien, para refrescarse y tomar un rato el sol.
-El personal muy amable.

La ubicacion es muy buena y el interior es muy bonito y además conserva el encanto de la arquitectura de la universidad que era.

Cons:

Que se publicitan dos horas en el spa y cuando llegamos eran 90 minutos. Aunque creo que es suficiente la información que yo recibí cuando hice la reserva y en la posterior confirmación eran dos horas y en realidad era menos tiempo.

Buena estadía empañada por problema de climatización
Pros:

El servicio y la calidad de los productos del Gastrobar son magníficos. Desayuno muy variado. Zona de aguas termales correcta. Cama y habitación amplia y cómodas.

Cons:

Tuve un problema con la climatización de la habitación ya que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (Estancia el 1 de agosto) y no me ofrecieron cambio de habitación. Muy desagradable.
