Please note, that children under 12 years old can use the thermal pool during children's hours. Check with the hotel the schedule according to season.

Children under 12 years old have a supplement of €50 for breakfast and access to the thermal pool.

If your reservation includes a thermal pool or restaurant services, it is necessary to make a reservation in advance.

If not included in the rate, the supplement to access the thermal pools is €38 per adult per day.

Drinks are NOT included in the half board rate.

For December 24 and 31, the only rates available are the Special Offers that include a gala dinner. For more information on children's menus and supplements, please check with the hotel. Drinks are included in the half board rate.

Children will be able to access the thermal pool as long as they are included in the rate from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Muy buena experiencia.
Pros:

Todo. El lugar es agradable, la ubicación, el personal, la comida y por supuesto el balneario y los tratamientos.

Especial mención a Carlos, trabajador del restaurante del hotel, muy amable y profesional.

Una experiencia que repetiremos.

Pros:

El sitio es precioso, muy bien ubicado.
La habitación amplia con un baño estupendo con bañera jacuzzi y con ducha aparte. La cama y las almohadas muy cómodas pudiendo elegir la que más te conviene.
La piscina termal que probamos funciona muy bien asi cómo un masaje tailandés. El desayuno excepcional

Cons:

Nada en general.
En particular, quiero comentar para su valoracion, que pedí en el desayuno un chocolate con churros. El chocolate muy líquido e insípido y los churros más malos que he probado.

El sitio en general es muy bonito , tanto el edificio por fuera como por dentro tien encanto , la atencion es buena , el spa te deja relajadisimo,, la habitacion superior bonita y cómoda, el desayuno super completo.

Cons:

El tratamiento de exfoliacion corporal no es lo q deberia ser , te echan las sales por el cuerpo y te tapan con un plástico, cuando te deberian de frotar y quitar piel muerta para dejar la piel suave...

Pros:

Sólo me gustó su ubicación y su claustro.

Cons:

La habitación abuhardillada con un ventanuco y una ventana velux, además la puerta de madera del baño imposible de cerrar, la habitación muy oscura y pequeña, al abrir la puerta te dabas prácticamente con la cama. Me ha decepcionado mucho.

En general bien las termas, ubicación, instalación. Desayuno bien, aunque esperaba algo mejor

Cons:

Las toallas olían a comida, las mandé a lavar y las nuevas olían igual. El patio olía a pescado el sábado por la noche.No sé si es un programa puntual o la extracción es insuficiente.Las almohadas horribles!!! Dos noches con el cuello sin saber cómo ponerlo. Y no hay donde aparcar el coche, ni en la calle...
Lo comento porque las instalaciones son preciosas, el personal muy amable y es una lástima que estos detalles queden en el recuerdo. Si lo pueden mejorar pondría un 10.

Los desayunos fantásticos, muy buen producto, variado y equilibrado. Con producto de cercanía. Lo único que no cuadraba eran las pinzas torpes de madera para servir los alimentos. La habitación espaciosa, lujosa y comodísima; nos ofrecieron sin coste una superior. El patio de una belleza excepcional. Y la piscina termal muy cálida, divertida y relajante.

Cons:

Reservamos comida en el restaurante Argaelis, que me decepcionó por la relación calidad/precio. Peor atendido que que el gastrobar, en mi opinión. Con algunos detalles que no deberían aceptarse en un restaurante que esperaba de más calidad. Por citar un ejemplo, al sentarnos nos dieron una mantequilla trufada que resultó muy buena, servida con un pan de cristal, pero que estaba tan fría que solo pudimos disfrutar junto con el postre..

Pros:

La atención del todo el personal, las instalaciones, el ambiente de verdadera relajación, las habitaciones, el balneario, la comida, desayuno espectacular y de mucha calidad. Y si le preguntáis a mi marido, os diría que La tortilla se patata del desyuno😅

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustara, y si he de decir algo, diría que eché de menos en la habitación un espejo de cuerpo entero.
