Visualmente precioso, trato muy mejorable.
Pros:

Arquitectónicamente espectacular, pero el trato al cliente deja que desear, nivel: te tiran el boli a la mesa estando tú sentada en la mesa y el que te atiende de pie. Nos sentamos en el bar a las 14h y hasta las 14:32 no teníamos ni la bebida en la mesa. Hostilidad sobretodo del encargado del bar, ni un saludo. Lo comentaban las mesas de al lado también. Mi marido se ha quedado aún más impresionado ya que esperábamos otro trato dado el precio.

De siempre, un acierto.
Pros:

Un lugar perfecto para desconectar y descansar, a la par de poder disfrutar de Burgos (cultura, arquitectura, gastronomía)

Todo el personal super amable, mención especial para las señoras de la limpieza. Son encantadoras.

Estancia para desconectar y relajarte
Pros:

El acceso a la piscina desde la suite es brutal. La piscina climatizada un espectáculo. Muy bonita y agradable.

Cons:

Le faltan detalles como perchas para colgar las toallas húmedas, jabonera...Lo peor el personal del bar y restaurante muy secos y poco serviciales. Las chicas de recepción son las únicas amables.

Hace justicia a la fama que tiene, muy recomendado.
Pros:

Me fui unos dias para descansar, y ha sido un gran acierto.
Me habían recomendado este hotel y la verdad es que ha sido una experiencia maravillosa a pesar de que no todos los servicios estaban disponibles ya que estaban en una semana de mantenimiento.
La comodidad del hotel, belleza del ambiente y atención han sido excelentes.

Cons:

Como sugerencia no estaría mal que estuviera mejor señalizado cómo llegar a las distintas áreas del hotel.
