كانت جميله لكن كأنو متعاوني معنا في ايقاف السيارة بجوار الفندق

الموقع مواجه للبحيرة المبنى قديم لكن مجدد بالكامل بجوار محلات ومطاعم

Cons:

الوصول اليه صعب جدا إذا معك سيارة المواقف بعيده تحتاج عشر دقائق مشي ممنوع الوقف بجوار الفندق

Tolle Lage im touristischen Zentrum von Riva, Garage schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Sehr wenige Plätze zum Frühstücken im Außenbereich, v.a. wenn auch externe Gruppen zum Frühstücken kommen.
Restaurant und Hotel dürften getrennt von einander geführt werden die schönere & größere Terasse mit Blick auf den See wird nur für das Restaurant verwendet. Am Wochenende teils recht lange Beschallung vom naheliegenden Yachtclub.
Guter italienischer Kaffee ist leider nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Beim Frühstück gibt es grundsätzlich Automatenkaffee.

Comfortable accomodation at a great location on the waterfront.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and great breakfast.

Cons:

Sometimes the do not disturb function did not work and they would enter and clean the room anyway.

The view

Cons:

Very bad and disappointing experience. €200 was deducted from my account after check-in without explanation or my authorization to use my card. Despite my bank confirming the transaction, the receptionist guy denied it.

Worse, we had an emergency and needed an ambulance. Reception did not answer, and when we went downstairs for help, the staff simply gave us a number with an automated message in Italian, knowing we could not communicate in italian.

No support when we needed it most. This is not what hospitality should be. Definitely not recommended—the only positive was the balcony view
