It was centrally located, clean and staff were friendly. I just needed a low cost place to put my head down at night then I was up and put first thing in the morning.
It was fine. I didnt try the bar or the restaurant
We found the room comfortable and clean enough but it was expensive for what it was. Callander is lovely, as is the scenery. I guess that explains the price of the room. The photos made it seem more luxurious
I didn't like that they don't offer breakfast. It was a bit noisy (Street, restaurant downstairs). I'm not a curry fan, so that didn't help.

La alcachofa de la ducha estaba sucia. Entraba el olor del restaurante indio por la puerta. La cama no era cómoda: se notaban los muelles. La ventana no cerraba bien y se escuchaba el viento.

The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable the staff member who greeted us was very helpful and informative about what was required. Great location of the hotel 🙂

It was the most expensive we have stayed in caalander and the only one with no breakfast. Bed needed a new mattress and towels were dirty. Only saw 1 member of staff and he was pleasant
The room wasn't very clean. The mattress was so uncomfortable uneven and towels were stained
I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day in the hills. The bed was very comfy.
One of the biggest highlights is the location, it’s perfectly situated on the high street. It made getting around incredibly convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and well located place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

Spacious rooms
No towels and no toilet roll and it was noisy from the pub downstairs and smelt of curry
First floor room was ok apart from broken curtain and and tired decor and iron scorch mark on carpet. The two rooms above were very small and tired. One bath room was not clean.
We did not know that this hotel was an indian restaurant! We ate well there but it was quite unexpected.

Nice old place, a little tired in the decor but it was all clean. Nice bar, outstanding Indian restaurant, and the staff are very friendly.
