Excelente atención y el hotel está muy cuidado y en excelentes condiciones

Cute little place. Nice lobby. WIFI was AWFUL in the room. It was okay in the lobby. Breakfast was just okay. Eggs were the only heated food and they were cold.

Chouette séjour à El Calafate proche du centre-ville.

Hotel Los Canelos in El Calafate has proven to be an excellent choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bit more modest, typical for Argentina, but good enough to start the day.

To my surprise, the hotel offers a laundry service. A bag of 5 kilos of clothing for (American) $20. By Argentine standards, that is cheaper than I expected. By the way, we got the laundry back clean and folded the same afternoon.

Another thing to keep in mind when staying at this hotel is that the walk to the center is quite a walk both up and downhill. For travelers who have difficulty walking, this can be a challenge.

Furthermore, it is very pleasant to 'come home' to this hotel. We enjoyed a bottle of espumante (bubbles) after dinner, 2 evenings. Paid 30,000 pesos per bottle, approximately €27, that was reasonable priced.

The hotel has strict rules. When you enter the room there is an A4 with a kind of 10 commandments that you have to adhere to. For example, do not bring food or drinks from outside into the hotel room. Or losing your room key will result in a fine of 100 dollars.

All in all, this was a very pleasant, nice and quiet place for us to stay and highly recommended!

Excelente hotel, y el servicio y atencion de primera

Small hotel with excellent service. Only a short walk to main street with shops and restaurants. The restaurant at Los Canelos was fine and convenient.

Quaint and cozy lobby. Rooms nicely redone, seemingly recently. Level of service was lacking. Inflexible rules. Great views. Close to main part of town.

Well located. Clean, quiet.

Beautiful wooden lodge, very clean rooms, well appointed with modern furniture. We were allowed in our room at 10:00am although the official check-in was at 15:00. Strongly recommended!

La estancia tiene acceso al Cerro Huyliche en donde hickmos la visita a los balcones. El paisee es bello de los cerros y Calafate, wl lago Argetino, las montañas y lo la cordillera de los andes. El trekking de vuelta divertifo, conociendo la vegetacion del lugar y la vista. La comida deliciosa. EZEQUIAL EL GUIA 100 PUNTOS

The property was clean and an easy walk to town. The breakfast staff was very kind and efficient..
if you would like a cocktail with your dinner, this is not the place for you. The menu says a jack Daniels cocktail is $25 and you cannot bring your own alcohol on the premises.

Superbe lieux, à l'écart du bruit de la ville, mais suffisamment proche du centre : 500m environ.
Cadre magnifique, vue superbe, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Intérieur en pierre et bois, typique d'un chalet. Très cosy. Petit déjeuner parfait avec tout ce qu'il faut, produit sur place ou local.
Je recommande vivement.

La vista desde el hotel es muy bonita, se ven las montañas, el lago y árboles verdes que hacen un contraste hermoso con el azul del cielo.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la calle principal del pueblo, todo muy limpio y con excelente atención
