Mooi hotel met zwembad
Pros:

Vriendelijke personeel. Zeer behulpzaam. Na een klacht over kamer werd het gelijk opgelost. Kamer was mooi ruim. Koffieapparaat op kamer, airco. Ruime en goed werkende douche. Hotel is recent gerenoveerd. Zwembad klein maar fijn. Lopen naar de stad 15-20 min. Winkels en eetgelegenheden in de buurt.

Cons:

De buurt is even wennen. Hotel ligt in een steeg dat niet altijd echt fris ruikt. Maar daar kunnen zij natuurlijk niks aan doen. Verder echt niks op aan te merken

I read reviews about cleaning staff stealing from rooms. I did not allow for cleaning in my room. I had no stuff stolen.

L'accueil et le service du personnel ! Ils étaient tous au top ! De jour comme de nuit

Cons:

Le côté piscine malheureusement est toujours plein de canettes, verres et autres compartiments de nourriture que des clients se permettent de laisser traîner après leur passage. Les tapis de transats ne sont pas propre également. Tout le reste est top avec une eau de piscine propre et translucide.

Great stay in central Brussels, comfortable room, great breakfast, friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location near the center of Brussels, especially the European Parliament, and many nice local areas with plenty of cafés and restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable room, quiet. Very spacious and big bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room. Rich breakfast, in a very nice space both indoors and outdoors. Friendly and helpful staff at all times.

Cons:

The design of the room may look a bit outdated, but nothing to worry about. Still very comfortable, clean and spacious.

Hotel is in a great location and has retained some of its Art deco features however the room was small & cramped.

The hotel is in a good location and it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The hotel has a lovely courtyard to sit in.

Cons:

The room was very small. I had made a booking for two people but unfortunately due to ill health my husband was unable to travel with me. The double bed was pushed up to the wall so would make it difficult if there were two of you for one person to get out of bed. There was no hanging space so I had to have my case open at the end of the bed where there was just about enough room. The toilet and shower are in what feels like a cupboard and it has no window. If there had been two of us the lack of space would have been a huge issue.
I was on the third floor, the stairs up & down are quite narrow so would not be easy for people with mobility issues. There is a small lift which I used only twice when taking my luggage up & down as I didn’t feel particularly safe in.
As previous people have said there was renovation work going on downstairs which meant you were stepping over bits of plastic laid down to protect the flooring. I was not made aware of this work when booking or prior to arrival.
The staff were polite but not overly friendly.
