Nice room, newly renovated (but looks really retro, and is very yellow — someone made a choice and i respect it)

biggest surprise - shower had copious water pressure in the rain shower nozzle which is very nice

the elevator is a bit tiny and gets congested.

La direction met 2 jours à se manifester pour mettre en doute la parole.

loud construction work at 6am every morning ruined the otherwise good stay
Pros:

the rooms have lots of character and the staff is very friendly. I have stayed here on several occasions for work and like the proximity to the commercial area as well as good connections to the EU quarter

Cons:

there is a lot of construction at the moment and they started preparation above my room at 6am every morning. the walls and ceilings are not soundproof at all, so it was extremely loud at a very early time of the morning

La communication. La chambre ne correspondait à ma demande. On m'avait promis à 99% une chambre (présente sur le site internet et sur Booking) qui n'existait en fait plus à cause de travaux. J'avais demandé une bouteille de vin en chambre et elle n'était pas préparée. De plus, les collègues de la qui avait pris note des mes demandes n'étaient pas au courant. De plus, on m'a annoncé un surclassement.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé être prévenue des travaux en amont car je n'aurais pas réservé cet hôtel. Début dès 7h45, ouvriers crient devant les chambres, travaux bruyants.
