The internet signal is very unstable and unreliable depending on the room. I have been twice to this hotel and having a good internet signal in the room has being a constant problem. If you are a business traveller and depend on good/high speed internet, you must be prepared to face issues. The hotel does not have ethernet plugs in the rooms nor at the business center. You have to rely 100% on the hotel wifi.

Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo aos melhores restaurantes de Ponta Negra, feiras de artesanato. O quarto é bem confortável.

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto muito tardia. Somente no primeiro dia estava limpo e arrumado quando voltamos da praia.Nos demais dias , a limpeza chegava ao quarto no final da tarde, quando já tínhamos chegado da praia e cansados. Não gosto de limpeza e arrumação de quarto e banheiro comigo dentro do quarto.
A entrada do Hotel é rampa para carros , não tem uma limitação clara para pedestres.

A acomodação era bastante confortável, fomos muito bem recebidos, com padrão 5 estrelas. Na chegada oferecem doces feitos no restaurante francês.

Cons:

Na fronha do travesseiro que minha esposa dormiu tinha um afinete que poderia ter causado um acidente e perfurado o rosto dela.
