Just one night in this small hotel tucked away down an alley off one of Bydgoszcz's main streets.Easy access to local public transport and the charms of the Old Town across the river.

A bit slow Internet, cannot be used if one to use it for business purposes.

When I booked a room online, my credit card information was not accepted. However, the administrative manager kindly reserved the room until the day of my arrival, when I was able to make payment without a hitch. The hotel is located on one of the main streets of Bydgoszcz, which everyone knows, so it was very easy to get there from the central station. Several street cars and busses stop right in front of the hotel's entrance. The room was clean and spacious. There is also a restaurant on the 1st floor, where I enjoyed traditional Polish food for a reasonable price. I speak some Polish, so the language was not a problem, but most receptionists can communicated in English. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Bydgoszcz.

It was exceptionally hot weather for Poland, my room did not have any Air-con as a result it was very hot & humid in the room... Everything else was good, really pleased.

WADY:
Brak miejsca parkingowego po przyjeździe (wszystkie zajęte autami uczestników przyjęć komunijnych).
Młoda, źle wyszkolona, arogancka osoba na recepcji (postawa typu "jest problem, to nie moja wina, nic nie zrobię", potem było gorzej).
Hotel nadaje się do odświeżenia, korytarz, pokój, łazienka nosiły wyraźne ślady zużycia.
Niefunkcjonalna łazienka (np. brak jakiejkolwiek półki na własne kosmetyki).
Za oknem hałas od wentylacji kuchni hotelowej (?).
Obskurna brama wjazdowa (hotel jest w 3 rzędzie zabudowy od ulicy).
Popsuty ekspres do kawy w sali śniadaniowej.
ZALETY:
Uprzejmy pracownik sali śniadaniowej, możliwość zjedzenia czegoś na ciepło na śniadanie.
Blisko centrum miasta.

Good hotel, pity that wifi was very poor in my room

Rooms are clean, staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable. Central location easy to reach old twon, pubs and shops.

Mój pobyt w Hotelu Kużnia oceniam dobrze. Co wpłynęło na brak oceny bardzo dobrej to sytuacja, która mnie zaskoczyła. Po zarezerwowaniu Hotelu w cenie promocyjnej z portalu Holtels.com, gdzie nie było możliwości wybrania opcji ze śniadaniem okazało się, że na miejscu wykupienie śniadania było w bardzo wysokiej cenie. Na marginesie zamawiane śniadanie w opcji rezerwacji telefonicznej było znacznie tańsze.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Downsides were the breakfast wasn't great and the hotel was partly under renovation which was a bit unsightly/noisy during the afternoon

The worst hotel I stayed so far. Very loud, desk fan instead of air conditioning, lots of furniture on the outside of the room, could hear next door people through the wall which was really pain in the night. Weekends disco will keep you awake till morning.
Breakfast included but very poor and had to sign for it to get it. No option to eat anything for the lunch.

Friendly staff, nice location, quiete rooms, good breakfast => recommendable!

Fasiliteetit toimivat, rauhallinen sijainti, silti keskellä kaupunkia. Kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin 10 minuuttia. Mukava aamupala, johon sai tilauksesta munakasta, täytettyä ohukaista ym herkkua. Hotellin yhteydessä persoonallinen yökerho, jonka tarjontaan ei tullut tutustuttua. Yökerhosta ei ollut mitään häiriötä yöllä.

Dit hotel staat aan de rand van het centrum en is gebouwd op een binnenplaats. Het is daarom erg rustig.

Det var svårt att hitta trots GPS. Liten skylt ovanför numret. Smal ingång för att köra in till hotellet. Har man en bred bil rekommenderar jag att inte boka detta hotell. Först var jag tveksam om jag verkligen kommit rätt. Går ej att parkera på gatan utanför. Svårt att köra ut från stan pga alla gatuarbeten och enkelriktade gator. Men det var inte något större fel på hotellet. Rent i rummet men som på många andra hotell ej ordentligt isolerade rum.

Ogromnym minusem hotelu jest fakt, że przy korzystaniu z restauracji nie można zapisać wartości "na pokój" tylko od razu zapłacić, a jeżeli chcemy to zrobić za pomocą karty musimy wraz z kelnerem odwiedzić recepcję. Kwestię braku wiedzy pracowników kolejnego dnia na jaką kwotę była konsumpcja pomijam ;).

The hotel is found off a main road between the buildings with a narrow entry for parking. The welcome was friendly and receptionist helpful and spoke great English. The rooms were clean and well laid out. I had some concerns as it said there was a nightclub in the hotel and I had an early start the next day but I never heard a thing and slept really well. The later receptionist offered advice on where to eat locally and she was spot on.
To sum up ,it was a very pleasant stay although too brief, and represented great value for money

Hôtel sympathique, petit bémol pour l'isolation des chambres. Nous entendions les ronflements de notre voisin très bruyant. Mais sinon magnifique hôtel

Ciche polozenie,ladne pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami.Obsługa bardzo miła,bez zarzutu.Super klub nocny z małą dyskoteka,piekna restauracja,na zewn.przyjemne patio ze stolikami.15min pieszo na Starówke,3min.do filharmonii w otoczeniu przepięknej starej dzielnicy z parkiem.Polecam kazdemu. :)
