Freundlich, vorallem die Receptionmitarbeitende

Cons:

-Der Outdoor Pool öffnete um 7.15-9 Uhr, auf diese Seite sind auch die Suiten und daher war es am morgen sehr laut durch die Gäste.
-ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass zwischendurch das Personal im Wellnessbereich aufräumt und das Geschirr mitnimmt oder die benutzten Tücher. Es war niemand zu sehen.
-Abendessen war der Einlass von 18.45-20.15, aber als wir um 19.45 kamen war das Vorspeisebuffet leer geräumt. Auch wurde um 21.15 das Desser abgeräumt ohne dass wir davon essen konnten. Da wäre es doch schön wenn der Service fragt am Tisch ob man noch etwas vom Buffet möchte. In einer Stunde 5 Gänge zu essen, finde ich schon sehr sportlich.
-Die Preise auf dem Bon und der Karte stimmten nicht überein. Wir hatten dies erwähnt, am Abreisetag wirde es dann geändert.
-Vom Kader war niemand ersichtlich, aber evtl. flache Hirarchie, was auch gut sein kann. :).

Für das gehobene Preisniveau gibt es in Südtirol viele bessere Alternativen. Zur Verabschiedung wurde uns eine abgelaufe

Wir waren in einen der neuen Zimmer unterbracht, Ausstattung war neu und hochwertig.

Cons:

Von der „Familienführung“ war niemand zu sehen, und so haben sich die Mitarbeiter auch verhalten. Bein Frühstück kommt schnell Mallorca All inclusive Stimmung auf, die 3/4 pension ist eine Übertreibung da es Mittags nur eine Suppe gibt mit Obst und Süßgebäck gab. Das Hotel ist nicht Kinderfreundlich, die Kindermenus waren manchmal sehr besonders, der Poolbereich ist für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet da Wasser zu Kalt.

Schöner Urlaub und entspannte Tage
Pros:

Frühstück war super, nachmittags gab es noch Kuchen und Suppe. Zum Abendessen immer 3 Gerichte zur Auswahl mit Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachspeise als Buffett. War alles sehr schön angerichtet und sehr lecker, qualitativ hochwertig( Lamm, Rind, Iberico). Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte eine schöne Aussicht. Und hat der Urlaub mit 3 Kindern sehr gut gefallen.

Alles superb wie immer! Tolle Küche und Service Personal ist aufmerksam. Wir kommen sehr gerne zu euch zurück. Die Engadiner Nusstorte war wirklich super lecker wie aus meiner Region gebacken.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata deludente. Avevamo scelto la struttura per un weekend di relax, soprattutto per usufruire della spa, ma ci siamo trovati di fronte a un sovraffollamento costante sia nella spa che in piscina, senza riuscire nemmeno a trovare un posto dove sedersi o sdraiarsi.
La cena inclusa nel soggiorno è stata altrettanto deludente: siamo arrivati alle 19:40, quindi poco dopo l’apertura del buffet, e ci siamo trovati davanti a un buffet praticamente vuoto. Dopo aver segnalato la situazione allo staff ci è stata offerta della carne salada, ma la qualità generale della cena è risultata mediocre.
L’hotel nel complesso è al di sotto delle aspettative e, considerando il prezzo pagato, non lo consiglierei.
