Hotel très confortable et très propre, au calme et proche de jolies randonnées.
Pros:

La propreté impeccable ! Gentillesse et professionnalisme du personnel. Accueil de chien possible. L’emplacement au pied des chemins de forêts et de randonnées magnifiques. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Mit wenigen Abstrichen empfehlenswert - sehr sauberes und freundliches Hotel, gute Lage

Frühstück war hervorragend. Lage einmalig. Wellnessbereich gut, leider war von 2 Saunen eine ausser Betrieb, das Tauchbecken sowie der Whirlpool war geschlossen. Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmermädchen bedarf einer Nachschulung. (wurde der Bettbezug und das Kopfkissen von einem Kind gerichtet?)

Facilities closed made it disappointing
Pros:

Nice location near the berg.
Very clean and comfortable room.

Cons:

It was disappointing on arrival to hear that the restaurant and other facilities were permanently closed due to staff shortages.
Had to travel down to town to have drinks and dinner. Breakfast was adequate.
Had we have known prior to booking we would have found alternative accommodation.
